Very clean, very organized, no merchandise cartons sitting in the aisles. Very unlike most Dollar Tree stores.

Every time I go there, the day manager is stomping around, angry look on her face, looking down when she gets close to customers in the aisles. Two days before Xmas, she started yelling (loud) at this old homeless guy (obviously mentally ill) throwing his knapsack outside telling him he couldn't come into the store. All of us in line just looked at each other, scared she was going to turn on one of us next. Two days later, I went back to get an item and mentioned to the afternoon manger her coworker scared customers a few days before. She stated she agreed with the day manger that employees have to scare people in the store to keep them from stealing. She went on to say "The corporation doesn't care. They know, and they don't care. They under staff this store on purpose." There's another Dollar Tree 3 miles south that is welcoming, staff is helpful and customers chat with each other while waiting in line. Go to the one at Power and Southern. If you have to go to the one at Power and Main, take a friend to be safe from the angry workers. Don't forget, there are 99 cent stores everywhere too.

Customer asked employee if she was doing security check because he was black. She began screaming at him and saying "don't look suspicious and I won't kick you out". Customer asked a simple question and she began to call the police and told the police officer to come get them because they're saying she is racist. Cannot belive this was allowed. The other employee just stood there allowing her to mistreat their customers.

Never going back, didn't have half the items I needed and when I set down what I did have in an aisle to leave an associate demands to know where I set the items and when I told her she kept asking and badgering with the same question. I offered for her to check my bag when she kept asking but she kept badgering. DON'T ACCUSE INNOCENT PEOPLE OF THEFT AND EXPECT US BACK! Worst Dollar Tree ever!!!

As I was trying to leave, Monica put on a rubber glove and some $1 lube and told me “spread ‘em” and then claimed it was corporate policy that every customer be cavity searched before leaving the store. She was wrist deep when I suddenly heard the flakes from her dry lips ruffling as she was heavily breathing. Then had the audacity to claim it was my fault for not having a bag and receipt.

Monica is rude. Terrible customer service skills and resorts to name calling bc she’s immature and most of the time, wrong.

As soon as I walked in was being watched and stalked the entire time in the store. This girl named Monica followed me into the bathroom to check if I was stealing anything. After I bought my items I told her no reciept and no bag and she started screaming like a maniac and ate my items in front of me. Monica I hope you know Fabuloso isn’t a juice sis, see you in court next week ?

So I was going to buy some toilet paper , and I was stopped by Monica (employee). She ripped the toilet paper out of my hand and started crawling on the floor eating the toilet paper . When I told her to stop she started launching toilet paper rolls on me.

Went in looking for a pack of gum and then an Employee by the name of Monica snatched it out of my hands. Went out of the store with a new enemy.

I was at the dollar tree during the time Monica physically snatched items that a man paid for said he stole them, she then went interrupted a workers BATHROOM break. Once she found out she was wrong she became very angry and rude, I use to work at one. Legally you cannot stop people nor “snatch items”. for her to say next time get a bag/ receipt. Tell me why I need a receipt when the cash register people ASK if they would like a bag and or receipt. Employ better because this is absolutely ridiculous. MONICA. DO BETTER!
