Sunday 5-26-24 9:30 Am. Rudest cashier. I wish I would have caught her name. Middle age, short hair cut, plain looking. I bought $12+ worth of merchandise. I handed her a $50 (all I had). And she said "I don't know if I have it" (change??). I said its all I got. She looked mad while she slapped the change (bills) on the register when she was counting it. When she handed me the money she said "Big bills belong at big stores". I said "I break them here all the time". Which I have done about 4 times in the last 3 months. I just moved into the area 5 months ago. I usually went to the 99 Cent store, but they went out of business. I do not carry a lot of cash on me. When I get low I grab a 50 or a 100 from my house safe. I am a 62 yr. old disabled person. There are 8,277 Dollar trees in the U.S.. Sorry lady but you are one of the big stores. She is the only cashier there that has complained about a 50. All the others had no problem with it. I will be sure to give them another one the next time I go there. If it happens again, I will take names and call their corporate.

Store is a mess I told my elderly parents to don't be shopping at this store. there's always boxes everywhere debris all over the floor. I was walking and I almost tripped. my parents come to this door about four times a week. I'm going to put a stop to that. I tried telling the manager Lorraine she just told me that I can go shopping at another store if I didn't like it. I tried to call corporate but I just get a recording. I just think this store is a safty hazard. It is filthy they have so much stuff everywhere things are falling from the sky. it's just not worth the risk. She told me right I should just go to another store and I just have to get down on my parents also I do not want them shopping at this store.

Selection is always hit or miss and the store is always cluttered. But it's sad when workers are loudly discussing and complaining about managers where customers can hear.

Excellent Customer Service at this location! I needed 60 Christmas mugs in short notice. Christa and Lorraine happily helped me find them, box them up, and take them to my car. I really appreciate the service and will definitely start shopping at this location from now on.

Just came here on 10/18/23 at 12:30 in the afternoon! Absolutely worst service ever! There was only one register open although there were three employees standing around at the front. Someone in line asked if there is any way another register could be open because there was a massive line. She was just ignored. When it was my turn at the register, the lady didn't even acknowledge that I was a human being. She never said one word to me even though I said hi. At the end she just told me my total and that was it! I would have walked out but I didn't have time to get the items I needed before going back to work! Come on people! Have some human decency and customer service or find a new freaking job!!!!

I utilize this location because it's very close to my home, they have a decent selection however it seems like they get very very behind on their deliveries and let the shelves get pretty bare from time to time. It is a small store so if they are stalking the floor it is a little bit difficult to get around in certain areas but it's a dollar store so you can't complain too much. Great place to get energy drinks, juices sodas and candy as well as school supplies and cheap party supplies
