My recent experience with this Public storage( Signal butte) customer service was, quite frankly, one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I reached out for help, I was met with rude responses, and an overall lack of interest in solving my issues. It was as if they were doing me a favor just showing up to work
Carrie and Debbie both provided horrendous customer service ( I don’t want to get into details) and had no idea how to address my problems. I would never ever refer a friend or family member to this facility. I work in customer service and provide excellent service to my clients but not everybody loves what they do. It’s astonishing how little this company cares about its customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.

I’m not sure how this place has such a high rating. Maybe with the cleanliness and appearance of the building. Beyond that we have constant issues with codes not working, not being able to reach property managers during the day and the carts always being locked away. Spent over 35 mins outside the building this afternoon trying to get into our units on the 1st and 3rd floor. Me and my employees tried the codes and nothing. Another customer laughed as we were waiting because she’s had the same issues.

Customer Service on the property is excellent. Property Manager Carrie is great!. She is always helpful, personable, and professional concerning any questions or concerns I may have.

I've had my unit for over a year now and Carrie has been there to help me with any questions or issues I've had. Always being friendly and happy to help anytime I've needed it .

Always cool inside, the storage room is always clean, everything inside is clean and tidy. Best place to store your stuff. Ms. Carrie is awesome too, she’s helped when I needed it!

I obtained a unit today at Piblic storage on Signal Butte. The young lady that was there (forgot her name) was completely awesome. She was professional, courteous and friendly. Best service ever. Thank you.

Absolutely one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve been in. Carrie is the most amazing lady very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient she does not sit still she is constantly cleaning, which makes me feel very comfortable, Having my property stored here. It must say a lot considering I live in Phoenix and this unit is in Mesa for me it is worth the drive.. keep up the good work and keep smiling

Such a relief dealing with a great place after some storage nightmares at other places. Carrie is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She has been helpful and explained everything so perfectly. It’s been such a breath of fresh air to have her to deal with.
