Ben Arredondo was our agent when we bought our first home a month ago. I would use Ben again and I would recommend him to friends and family. He was thorough, untiring, and completely supportive. The main thing I liked about working with Ben is that he really knew the Phoenix market and all his recommendations were spot on for us. So happy we had John list our house in Ahwatukee. He is very friendly, smart and got the job done for us! He found us a buyer when there were no buyers to be found! John bent over backwards and even shaved off part of his commission to get the sale. Highly recommend.
