Horrible experience with the pharmacy! They continue to get my medical insurance mixed up and then charge me full price and confirm they have my correct insurance information. I have spoken with the pharmacy manager repeatedly and I have to continue to provide my insurance information over and over. Then I'm told, "I don't know what happened?" Like really? That's the excuse? He was unapologetic and did not care at all! After multiple times of this, I am now switching my pharmacy and will never go back to CVS.

Worst Pharmacy ever. They say the call your doctor and don't. Fill incorrect perscription. Send text that have nothing to do with you. Disrepectful, incoppedent, and all around frustrating to deal with. Need to change pharmacy. Looking for a good one and its not this one. Beware! This site made me give it obe star to post. They dont deserve it.

The pharmacists here told me I could wait for my prescription so I waited for 15 minutes and then the same guy that I talked to acted like he didn't know me. Started the process all over again. After waiting for MY DOGS PRESCRIPTION-- I received my girlfriends birth control. And on top of that, it wasn't even the correct birth control. Swing and miss after swing and miss. Get you prescription from any other pharmacy. This one is bunk.

Store is clean and always has great holiday decorations and everything you need for daily goods. Pharmacy is awful. Even when prescription is ready expect to spend a minimum of 30 minutes waiting in line as each customer takes about 10 minutes or so to fulfill prescriptions. Plenty of other locations nearby that are more efficient and organized.

Just came for a quick COVID test (precautionary) and the drive experience was so easy and the people were kind. The pharmacists were super easy to follow and understand and I didn't feel anxious or worried. Good place for quick testing if you need it.

Just came into this location because the one I typically frequent's printer was down. I have never had a bad experience until today. I came in, because my previous location said this location would be able to immediately print the pictures. I came in and explained my issue to this older lady. She told me she couldn't print them, and I would have to wait and reorder them. I was in the process of reordering them when she condescendingly asked me if I knew what location I was at. She then told me it would be about two hours. Due to the poor and disrespectful "service" I contacted the other store. They told me it wouldn't take two hours and I could go get them after about five minutes. I did just that, and spoke with another lady. I told her the other store said it would be ready in about five minutes. The older lady butted in and said "I never said that". I explained to her I wasn't talking about her. I asked her name and she rudely responded "Estelle". I found out she was the store manager, yikes. I got my prints and left. Corporate was notified of the horrible customer service. Estelle, if you're reading this, customer service is NOT for you. Go work in a warehouse alone if you don't know how to be respectful to people.
