We went in for a color consultation ahead of getting our house professionally painted. The advisor there made quick work of our palette and made the most of our afternoon appointment. I would highly suggest using their service

If I could give negative stars, I would. The front Associate wanted to argue with me yet offer no solutions to my dilemma. I had to walk away to catch my breath as I couldn’t believe the response from “customer service”. I felt like the interaction was going to end in a confrontation- over a question and request for a paint code that I was directed to get from a door install contractor. I went to the Power/Southern store where staff was 5+ stars and apologized for the power rd experience although they had nothing to do with it. I will never shop at the power road Dunn Edwards and hope no one else experiences what I did. You never know who your customers are and who they will share their experiences with. Absolute fail on a simple matter that the other store was able to resolve immediately.

I've been to this location a few times now and it has always been a good experience. Kevin has helped me the few times I've come in and he is always extremely helpful and always welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is always super friendly and helpful. It never takes long to get my paint either. The location is clean and has many different choices of paint and supplies. I'll be back for more of my paint needs.

We have been to this store at least 4 times. Have had excellent customer service each time. I like how you can order ahead for easy pick up. Not something you can do at big box stores.

Came in at 11AM on a Tuesday (4/21/2020) and had the rudest guy working behind the counter. There was literally not a single soul besides me and my partner inside the place. The guy working already seemed so annoyed. We told him we needed 2 colors matched, and he seemed absolutely astonished we had a yellow color and told us it would take an hour and a half or more while explaining that it was basically some complicated color (it took 15 minutes at Home Depot). It wouldn't have been a problem if he didn't talk to us like we were some idiots, and he clearly was not doing anything else. He kept saying "okayyyy?" just like that after everything we would say and just seemed irritated by our presence. We left and waited in the Home Depot line that we were trying to avoid, but it ended up being way easier and much more helpful people. I don't know if it was because we are women that he needed to make us feel some weird type of way, but I would definitely never come back here if it means I won't be treated with respect.
