Update: I went in to talk to the manager about the issue. The front desk wouldn't let me talk to a manager and said they would handle it while I stood there with a line of people behind me. Their charge history did not match what I showed them in the app, nor does it match my bank statements. They claimed I didn't ask for 6 months of vacation mode, but only 2 which is wrong. He told me the towel service and the kid club services needed to be put in vacation mode separately and by different people (when I did it they assured me both would be on hold during the 6 months). There was no resolution, I have to contact my bank and dispute the charges to recover the $300+ that I shouldn't have been charged with. Watch your bank statements! Don't trust their app or what they print out to see what you are being charged. Also it's impossible to get a parking spot here anymore during any good workout time.Original review: I had my account put into vacation mode for 6 months, where they said they will only charge the minimum monthly. Instead they charged me the full amount the whole time, including the towel service. The app showed them charging me $10 a month, but that was a lie, my bank info shows the full monthly payments. EoS fraudulently charged me over $300 during this time. Unacceptable for any business.

I’d leave a 0 star rating if possible. The WORST customer service I’ve experienced. I don’t know why people still pay for gym memberships with EOS. All these reps do is lie to get you off the phone and out of their face. I spoke with Ruben, Cody, Kate, Dallas and more over an issue that they made. Everyone of them told me one thing and when I went to follow up over the course of a month, there were no records of my conversation and nothing that I was told was resolved, had been done. Terrible experience.

The staff at this gym are so incredible, it makes it feel like you’re seeing your best friend every time you workout. They really do help me want to keep coming back to workout. Sad to see so many staff leaving, but excited for the changes Calista and Kate will bring to the team!

I’ve been a member of Eos for about four years. My other kids that have been going to EOS since they were young. And I just recently had another child, and went in to update my information to add them to the kids care, and was informed that I would not be allowed to add them even though there’s other children there under the age of two still. And I’ve had an account for my children for four years. There was no warning. No email. No communication until I went into the gym. Your website says 6 months and up.Your policies should change completely. If you’re not allowing children under the age of two it should be all children. That’s confusing and not fair.

This area has a nice roomy equipment fitness areas. People are friendly. Only reason I gave it three stars since the atmosphere inside feel bare and too black. It look like less equipments than what it is. Also, it felt more depression, lonely than motivation. I prefer South Phoenix, a new EOS at 1812 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041. Idk why this place feel at Mckelips has weird vibes.

I’ve been going to EOS for almost 10 years and I had my son 6 months ago. I come in today to enroll him and come to find out they changed the policy to 2 years and up but the website still says 6 months and up. So you except parents that want to work out and spend money on a membership to have to wait two years to bring there kids in that’s crazy. Yet they will allow parents who are aka grandfathered in to still bring in their younger children in. as working parent the gym is my zen place and life is busy. And a lot of ppl don’t have the luxury to have someone watch their children everyday to go workout. Talked w the GM and he said there was nothing he could do and is solution was to up and cancel my membership. WOW l. Well parents if you want to get back into the gym find another. I told them they will be losing members over this policy. Really sad because I did love this place.

This EOS has got to be the best one out there! At least second to best now. That’s all thanks to Jeremy Bridges, AKA the mayor. This guy was my favorite part of coming to this gym besides getting a pump in. The Power and Germann location is lucky to have him running shop over there

Unfortunately this location continues to decline. I have been a member for years and usually go early in the morning. The gym is constantly dirty and dusty, cable towers are not maintained, and too many people there to socialize instead of working out. I have spoke to multiple managers and employees at this location and nothing seems to change or be addressed. In addition to that, no one is addressing the individuals that feel the need to "Break Dance" and do Gymnastics on the turf in the main area, nearly kicking other members or intruding on the members using the sleds. They allow too many groups to occupy several pieces of equipment at the same time, even the employed trainers will do it during peak hours. It is sad to see that they continue to cater to the group that is there to socialize instead of making it a great place to go and get a good workout in. More employees need to be engaged in actually what is going on behind the front desk instead of a group standing up front flirting with each other and members. Clearly this location is popular since it is always busy, but it would be nice if they would actually try to make it focussed on working out again.

Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, along with showers. State of the art equipment

Dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to. Bathroom always has shot smeared on the walls of the stalls and is absolutely disgusting.Has all the gym equipment you need.Would give 5 starts but the cleanliness of the bathroom loses them 3 stars.

This gym is the worse ever. The manager is really really rude. And the from desk is young rude women that have no customer service skills and no people skills at all. There rudeness is unethical. This gym and the people that manager it needs to be reported to corporate. I will be canceling my membership just because of bad management. Keep your money go to another gym.

I have talked to many members of the EOS location in mesa on McKellips and Lindsay. I am not happy. I am actually very upset with the way this is being handled by the GM Dillon Keller. Here is the issue:1. First day coming in I sign up with Christina. I mention I'd like to sign up my daughter as well. She asked if my daughter was of age to drive herself. I said no she is 15 so she be coming with me. So she told me not to sign her up bc she could be a guest of mine. Once she starts driving and can go herself she could sign up then. I thought awesome bc this could save me money.2. I come back another day and bring my daughter. Was told she can't be a guest bc she is not between 16-18yrs of age. However at 13 she can be a member but not a guest. So Cody signed her up. He never asked me what type of membership just he would add her to my account.3. We go to book a class and she has no access to do so because we found out she only had basic membership and not the one I have. Ugh so now I have to go in and waste more of my time trying to talk to someone about upgrading it.4. I mentioned my husband was interested in a membership and he may check it out. They have called him 40 times since Thursday. So between 02/24-02/26 he was contacted 40 times!!! He isn't interested any longer. I brought him as a guest, and 3 of the showers weren't working. The hot tub area is gross and dirty with gum on walls. It's very run down. So he is definitely not interested in joining and because of everything I endured I am not interested in being a member anymore.I called today to try to cancel and make sure they don't take the annual fee for next month out. I'm not paying an annual fee for something im canceling. I have only been a member for less than a week. Dillon refused to do so he only canceled and told me I had to give a 30day notice which is impossible unless i cancel on day i signed up. He said I needed to contact regional manager which only has an email for no phone number. Waiting on a response. Corporate only has an email too no number because they are inprocess of moving to Texas.

EOS Fitness is a great place to work out. I love their Cinema Room it helped me to continue cycling three times as long as I thought I could. Great place for beginners and veterans to the workout scene.Update: I am continuing to work out at EOS and now work with a personal trainer (Maurice) once a week. I am learning so much and love the variety of equipment available. Everyone at EOS guests and employees are always so polite and helpful. A great place to work out and grow in your fit journey.

DO NOT sign up with Dylan, he clearly lacks the mental comprehensive skills to know the dif between waiving and not waiving a fee. He speaks as if he has some authority, yet hes just a trainer lol. Clearly not the sharpest tool in the toolbox.1) Anyone regardless if paying 10 or 26 bucks has access to everything. No point in paying more. No access checkpoints to the sauna or pool only to massage tables.2) never saw anyone clean anything at all3) over sold and packed always4) good luck w cancelling or recision lol. They waited until it charged me to do an “immediate cancellation” why did they not do that from the start? Goes to show what kind of business they run.Do your hmw and read them up in the better business bureau. They have many complaints due to billing. They like to take their time.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dylan at EOS, and I must say, his service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help me navigate the process of getting a membership. He was a cool dude I guess, made the sign up very easy.
