I took my Nissan Sentra 2014 into service for diagnostics and repairs when I had a check engine light on my car. Their service found no engine issues, but listed issues with the battery, tires and things of that nature. When I took it to another place, they found issues with the catalytic converter and the maf airflow. When I complained about this, I was offered a, "good deal on a new car." When I went in, they didn't offer me anything that great and they ran the codes on my 2014 Sentra for a trade in, found the issues and used that to bring the value down on my trade in. It's funny how they didn't find the issues when I brought it in for repairs, but found them when I was trying to trade it in. Seems like a hussle to try to get me a new car.

Amazing service at Courtesy Nissan. I took my car for service and Victor Sepulveda was my service coordinator and was very helpful and keeping me posted with updates. My car was ready in just two days. I highly recommend him to give you advice and service your car. Muchas gracias Victor!

Victor Sepúlveda was my service advisor. He went over and beyond and his customers service was excellent. Thank you for everything.

I brought my 2006 Pathfinder in for a check engine light. My service advisor Adam was friendly and very thorough in his explanation of the work done. Very good experience with this dealership.

My Nissan Sentra was taken in for service a few weeks ago for an oil change, which ultimately evolved into the entire CVT transmission needing replaced on a 30,000 mile vehicle. That in itself was already not a good testament to the quality of the vehicle that I had purchased. My vehicle was ready to be picked up several days later (understandably) and when I got it back, I wound up immediately having to turn around and bring it back into service due to the car having dangerously low power as I got onto the freeway to head home. That was a pretty unsettling experience having to limp my car down the side of the freeway just after leaving the shop. The car was quickly taken to the back of the shop and returned to me, with the only explanation being that they had forgot to connect some parts… I took the car back and drove home a little confused that they could even let that happen but so be it. Not even a week later, I was temporarily stranded away from home after discovering my car would not start or turn over, despite the car having a less than one year old battery. To my surprise, I opened the hood to discover that all of the screws were missing in the plastic trim surrounding the engine bay, and my battery is sitting completely loose with nothing keeping the actual battery in place. Because of this, my car randomly does not start and continues to do so. I notified my service representative after he had reached out to me to complete a survey on how the service was. After I expressed my concerns and what needs fixed, I did not get a call back… nor was that survey ever sent to me…In all I am very disappointed with the overall quality control of the service department. And on top of that to not be contacted back after expressing my concerns to my service rep. That is what prompted me to come leave a review here.

My favorite dealer in the valley. Great service Department getting in and out quickly. Sales experience was no pressure but like most sales experiences the day to sign the paperwork was painfully slow. Worth the drive.

Nissan service Bought a new Rogue September 2023. The sale department promised a free tint on our front windows. Dayton told us to bring it in at 8:30 am September 25 and it should take 2 hours. We live about 20 miles away and had to fight traffic to get to our appointment on time. I even asked the Dayton if we could bring it in at a later time. My husband, thank goodness, followed in a different vehicle so we could go for breakfast. After about three hours and getting no call I decided to call the service department. I called four times and nobody answered so I called the billing department. Of course they answered but told me they will call me back to tell me how long my car was going to take. This was at 11:30. At 12:30 we finally just decided to drive back after getting no call back and was told it had not even been started. They told us it would take another 2 hours so we just left and went home. Richard finally called us at 2pm saying our car was done. That was 5 1/2 hours from the time we dropped it off. They told us there was 2 other people scheduled before us at 8:30 am. On our way out Lawrence noticed our disapproval and mentioned a free gas fill up and that the tinting guy was very unreliable. I just wondering how much "lies and backstabbing" to make it look like it's someone else's fault. Poor customer service and absolutely no calls to tell you that they are working on it or when it would be ready to be picked up. We will go someplace else to get our oil changes and other service if needed. This place lacks reliability and responsibility and totally irresponsible to the customer.

East Valley Nissan is a SCAM. Preordered a Nissan Z through them and after nearly a year of being promised day after day of no mark ups, MSRP and being dragged along that with my down deposit I'll get the car. Nope. Once East Valley Nissan got the car that I had preordered they called to let me know that they are refunding my down deposit and that they wouldn't be able to get me the car. Turns out they got 2 cars! Owner claimed one and they were keeping one to sell for 80k. A 30k markup on a 50k car... Fired the sales rep I had who was a saint because she promised me and everyone who went through her no markup but the greedy scum upper management had other ideas. Don't EVER go to this place if you want a car that is msrp or even close to under.

They lied to me about my payment. They lied to me about my protection plan for my leather seats. They lied about everything. This is the worst car company would never recommend them to anyone and would advise everyone to stay far far away. I will let all of my family members know to never go there, or give them any business. I bought two vehicles from Earnhardt Nissan with no problem. Once they switched over to East Valley Nissan it was very clear how bad the new company was. The sales managers will get into an argument with you, provoke you by calling you names, & telling you to have your new car repossessed rather than fix Their mistakes. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away go Anywhere else.

Pro: I asked them to get my A/C to blow out of the correct zones and they got that done. Con: That cost me $1500. Other con: After another $2000 they still couldn't get it to blow cold air. It's cold at the vent but by the time it reaches the steering wheel it's hot again and with the vents blowing straight at my face I'm sweating. Worst con: No refund. Sorry, they just want to have a third chance to fix what they failed to fix the first two times. I told them to just refund me the money (just for the second problem; fair's fair, they fixed the first problem) and they refuse. So if you like to give away your money for them to have fun tinkering around on your car endlessly, this is the place for you. If you want your car actually fixed, though, then go somewhere else.

Not happy with the optional contracts for LoJack & Paint Protection that they claim are required for the purchase of the vehicle when the contracts clearly state they are not required and are optional contracts that I was forced to purchase... makes no sense

I originally went for service on 5/18/23 as my Rogue was making noises that it didn’t previously make and struggle to accelerate. I left my car there and was told I’d hear back by 12. I heard nothing from them until I finally called at 2:30 they informed me it was my transmission but they had all the parts to fix and I’d have my car back the following day. I needed a rental as I had appointments I needed to get to they set me up with a rental and told me it would fully be covered under the warranty service. By the time they secured me a rental I had enough time to get to the rental minutes before they closed. The next day I hear nothing from them I had to reach out for any update on my car. Finally they let me know that they didn’t have all the parts and wouldn’t have them until Monday but again reassured me the rental car would be fully covered by Nissan. Monday I once again don’t hear from them and my service advisor couldn’t be bothered to ever actually talk with me the receptionist informed me that he promises my car would be ready by 5 pm. I asked that they be sure as I had a once in a lifetime event happening that day at 5:30. Needless to say I missed the event arrived at the dealership at 4:45 and was told they still had to finish work on it at this point I’m stuck just waiting and missed the event. I was told the refund for my rental would be mailed to me. Mid June rolls around I called to ask what the status of the refund is and was informed it takes 4 weeks for Nissan to review and approve then the standard mail time. last week I called talked with the service manager who researched the status and informed me no record of refund worked to get it pushed through but informed me that what I was told was incorrect and Nissan doesn’t refund the full amount so I’m only getting back 1/2 of what I thought I’d be getting. Overall east valley continually lied to me and I would not recommend using their services at all even if it’s the closest one to you.
