Failed to deliver a gift on Valentine's Day by the promised 5pm to a business. No one answers the phone (sends to voicemail over and over). Doesn't respond to messages submitted via website. ?

This store is not very friendly. Bought a roses and strawberry gift for my daughters birthday and the flowers were dead. I called and asked if we could exchange them so my daughter went in and they were pretty rude. Didn't even say happy Birthday. The manager was rude also. Will never go back there???

would love to give a zero. This is what showed up to my house. A huge arrangement, every strawberry molded most of the other fruit looked okay so I ate some of the rest of it. Guess who has been laid out due to possible salmonella poisoning. I have a doctors appointment Monday because I've been so sick. They haven't returned my calls and their website email form is broken.I will be coming into the store as soon as I am physically able to complain in person.

If I could give this place a zero, I would!!! I ordered a holiday arrangement for my in-laws who reside just a few miles away from this particular location. I’m sure anyone who’s purchased either of these beautiful, yet, expensive arrangements, would expect to receive all that’s seen in the image of the product they’re planning to purchase.Well, in this case, this particular location delivered the arrangement on time, just not the entire arrangement. Upon contacting the owner and or manager, she offered to give a 12.00 partial refund or to deliver the arrangement again, but let’s face it, the order was for a special occasion. Since that occasion has passed, there wouldn’t be a need for more unnecessary fruit.Had this issue been resolved in a timely manner, delivery of a new platter would’ve made sense. Overall, for as fast as places like these take your money, they should be just as fast and efficient at getting an order correctly as this is this business’s responsibility.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a chocolate cheesecake platter and a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's birthday. The platter was delivered, but the flowers were not. I tried calling the same day (Saturday) and no one answered the phone. I tried calling three times on Sunday and left messages the first two times. The third time, in the middle of telling me to hold for the next avaiIable person, I get a message that says the store is closed. Your closing time is advertised on your website as 8am to 1pm on Sunday. I tried calling at 12:30 and now you're closed?

I ordered the fruit flower bouquet with 3 balloons BUT only 1 balloon was delivered. Quite disappointing the surprise didn’t go as planned, however they did apologize and refunded me back the difference.

I went in to purchase a gift basket for someone and the manager was the one helping me she was extremely rude to me so I walked out and decided to go somewhere else who is the owner of that place can I speak to them ??

Absolutely the most professional and kind delivery guy, I have ever, encountered. My mother is 85 years old and has a difficult time getting around sometimes. He went 100% out of his way to make her delivery perfect. Thank you seems too little but that's what I can say. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Highly recommend Edible Arrangements Mesa! 5 plus stars Delicious too.

This Mesa location has amazing customer service!!! We had a last minute corporate birthday gift that needed to be ordered and delivered on the same day. The order was placed smoothly and the delivery driver attempted to deliver the gift but we apparently had the wrong address (our mistake). The driver was able to contact the recipient and since the address was near by, they delivered it to the correct address! We cannot thank you enough for contacting us to let us know and still make the delivery happen even though it was our mistake. We will definitely be ordering more corporate gifts in the future. Thank you for the great service!!

BUYERS REMORSE!!! I ordered a small bundle of the party like your birthday for my son. He got kale with maybe nine strawberries for $85!!!! Probably should've gone with Sherri's Berries if I only wanted chocolate covered strawberries but since my son doesn't really eat chocolate I picked a variety of fruits....VERY DISAPPOINTING since I ordered a week early to make sure it was there on time cuz we moved him the day before his birthday from out of state

At time of writing, my order was still to be delivered however, Edible Arrangements tends to offer uniformly great tasting fruit, and consistently well arranged platters. This review is specifically for customer service. Superb phone customer service: I was having difficulty with codes and containers for my choice of gift, as well as finding serving amounts for each size of bouquet, via the app, so I ended up calling the store direct. There was no wait time, and I received fantastic, friendly and professional service from the Mesa store - Kate was cheerful and interested in helping me, she was super patient and super efficient at the same time. She took dictation for my gift card beautifully, and made the purchase fun and easy. Nicely done!
