I wanted to drop a review in order to expresses how thankful I am to Connor, of the broadway, Mesa store.He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stranded, after Firestone damaged the current rental vehicle I brought in to have its oil changed.He’s a very responsible and caring employee for Enterprise, I do hope and expect he gets appreciation and more, for providing such amazing service to his customers. He’s the definition of Five Stars.

Not a great rental company. Getting someone to answer the phone when you call is like pulling teeth and they keep bankers hours. If you do get someone to answer the phone, they are completely useless. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

Car I got was all damaged and I felt as a first time car renter I wasn’t properly informed about how I should insurer the car. They are sleazy and trick you so you end up paying for damages you didn’t cause. I felt taken advantage of for being naive and an easy target for them to profit from. I wish I was better attended and thoroughly informed about how the whole process works. It could have been avoided but the agent didn’t have my interest at heart and knew that even though it was better to insure through them..they used word play to trick me into insuring it myself..and not knowing any better i did because I trusted they knew what’s best. It hurts me to know companies like this play dirty to take more from low income class. I was having a rental because my own car was totaled and now I have fix thier car for a bump I didn’t cause. Thanks for making me more broke I hope that sits right with you Consciences..

Reserved a van online. just to be called 30mins later and told oh we Don't have any vans available and he didn't even provide me with solutions or at least give me something of the same size all he said was I don't have any of those type of vehicles of that type of size in my lot. Things you guys don't have shouldn't be put available online.

Rented their Toyota Rav while my car was getting repairs. The manager (forgot her name) and the manager in training (Jonathan) were both super sweet. They both went the extra mile to assist me, while I was on crutches struggling to figure out how to get my car over to the shop and walk back to their store to pick up the rental all before both places closed.Jonathan was very sweet, met me at Caliber, and then helped me move my items into the rental car.Their patience with me during all of this was greatly appreciated. Absolutely will recommend this location.

Overall good experience. They called ahead of time to confirm and let me know there might be a delay at pickup. Turns out the delay was not a problem. They went above and beyond by giving me a ride to the light rail, when there was a train blocking the road and I wasn't able up walk to it myself. Good quality car and great service.Note: rental rates here are lower than at the airport. Take the Sky Train, Light Rail and a short walk to get here. Experience Phoenix

When I first went to pickup the vehicle it was relatively seem less took a little longer than expected. The first vehicle was a forerunner it was a nice vehicle but on the freeway once you got to between 60-65 the steering wheel started to shimmy and shake. I called the location and told them about the issue, they said bring it in and we will exchange it, however it would be 24 hrs before they could because they had no SUV’s available. So the next day after work I picked up the new vehicle it was a pathfinder the vehicle was nice would never purchase one but that is a different subject. I was a little disappointed that I wasn’t offered any compensation for the first defective vehicle but it is what it is.

Alexander was awesome!!! His customer service is excellent . He picked me up from the auto collision’s office and had me all set up to go within just a few minutes. He is truly a good person all around and should have a raise or promotion!!!

They never have enough cars you always have to wait even if you have a reservation. One of the worst locations I have gone to there’s always a long waits. I usually get rentals maybe 3 to 5 times a month. And I’ve gone to multiple Enterprise locations and by far this is the worst one. The one in Tempe on Price rd is so much faster, better customer service and cars are always available if you do not want to waste your time.
