Our reservation process and check in at extra space was very smooth! The cs rep had helped us find the right spot we needed and our check in process with stormy and Thomas was easy and smooth process! And they were open on a holiday weekend which we were nervous about but they made everything very simple for us!

The staff was attentive and friendly. My time to wait for help was very short. During my move -in to my storage unit, the staff, recognizing Az high temperatures, brought us bottles of water and asked if we needed anything. I have had a great experience and I would recommend this location.

We needed a storage unit here, close to our home. We had just moved from Tucson to Mesa in March, while maintaining a unit there. Well we finally bit the bullet. We looked at different props- many were a lot newer, but a lot more expensive too. To be honest I saw no advantage of paying more than double ( in some cases) for a newer unit.
Thomas, the manager was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. We left the first time to explore the shinney options. None were as insightful as Thomas or offered anywhere as much information about their properties. It was an easy recession to come back and rent our space he’s.
