Holly is the best. I have been in management over 40 years, and she stands out as an exceptional employee. I hope Extra Space Storage appreciates her customer service, her helpfulness, and her joy of serving. I would recommend her in future higher management positions, but selfishly I would miss her at this location. She deserves to be well taken care of, and a raise. She is a gem.

I love this place! I called to set up a storage and it was easy peasy. When I called the store, Holly Ruger answered who was very kind and humble Asking me how she could make my day a great day, which I definitely needed Due to the situation i' eas in, and she definitely did!!
I had to stop in and get some stuff out of my storage today, and she answered again with the same positive greeting. I was excited that she was working, so I could finally meet her in person. I let her know about an issue in the storage and she was right there within thirty seconds to help me. It was very easy to rent from them and set up a storage space, and with all the prices going up right now, it's very affordable for me. I love that they have a gate code to get in and to leave.So they know who's coming and going. The storage room was also very clean and we got a free lock. If you're looking for storage space, rather big or little, Extra space storage is the place to go!!! Thank you so much extra space storage, and thank you, Holly R.!!

Site manager is awesome, great customer service far beyond expatations. Site is always clean and well maintained. I fell comfortable with storing my belongings at this location due to a perfect combination of security systems and on site 24/7 staff. Never any issues.

Holly went above and beyond for me! I have rented a unit there for several years never needing any kind of assistance until recently. She provided great customer service and has helped me every step of the way.
