Wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage on Southern Ave in Mesa, AZ. It’s very clean and huge storage units. The manager Hector & Nicolette are very accommodating and have a cheerful demeanor. They take care of the customers very well! Love my storage units as well as the management team!

Vana is great she helped us out finding a unit. Great attitude and customer service.
Barely 2 months in and doubled my rent. Will be moving out, I expected a increase at some point, but barely 2 months? Greedy.
Generalized cookie cutter response, "we price from month to month, market value is based on rent increases, we care about your business" blah blah. I read reviews as far back as a year and the rent increases are exactly the same, it seems every 2 to 3 months a increase happens at about the same rate. It isn't based on the market, it's the way the company chooses to run the business. Give me a break. 2k a year for a 10x10 unit. Hard pass.
