Very nice staff. I rented my unit online and they called me to have everything set up. Unfortunately my moving plans changed and even after a month of having already paid for the service they refunded my entire amount. I spoke with Nicole and she was very nice. Will definitely reach out to them again once I need store space in the area.

This storage location is AMAZING! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to get me the best pricing available. Facility is clean and well kept! I would recommend them over ALL the other storage places I have used in the past! They earned my lifetime business!!!!

Sherry did an awesome job getting me set up with a unit. She walked me out to the unit to take a look so I could make a decision and I’m glad she did because the unit was too small. It’s hard to find good customers see vice these days but sherry is doing a great job!!!

Amazing service very attentive to the units and property always aware of what is going on and if any problems may be prevented quickly and safely. John is amazing thank you so much John for being on the ball and realizing my unit was left unlocked immediately and informing me of it so my stuff wasn't stolen you are the best

I get my storage unit tomorrow so I haven’t had the full experience yet, but so far very friendly service and great communication. One of the times I called them they happened to not answer and I didn’t leave a message, but they still took the time to call me back to make sure I got the help I needed.
Update to this review about a year later -
I’ve had to call the office at this location a couple of times over the year to ask questions about rate increases and they’ve always been extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The people here do what they say and have wonderful communication skills - they actually contact you back when they say they will. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the rate increases. I’ve received two rate increases and it’s becoming too expensive and unfortunately will have to move out of this location soon. Otherwise I have no complaints, have had no issues with my storage unit, and this location has been great to work with.
