I recently visited Eyeglass World for a new pair of prescription glasses. Conveniently located in same building as Optometrist. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who values quality products and outstanding customer service, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise from Adam and JohnUpon entering the shop, I was greeted warmly by John and immediately felt welcomed. The shop itself was well-organized and aesthetically pleasing, with a wide selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses displayed neatly for easy browsing.One aspect that stood out to me was the knowledgeable and attentive staff. They took the time to listen to my preferences and provided valuable recommendations based on my face shape, style preferences, and prescription needs. I appreciated their patience and willingness to help me find the perfect pair of glasses.The selection of eyewear at was truly impressive. They offered a diverse range of styles, brands, and price points to suit every taste and budget. Whether I was looking for classic frames or trendy designs, I found plenty of options to choose from.In addition to their extensive selection, the quality of the eyewear at was top-notch. Came in for some new glasses ? today and delt with John and I have to say his customer service was excellent and exceptional! He was so kind, courteous, and very personable! I called to see if my glasses were ready. I was told by a female staff who answered the phone, that my glasses were ready. I drove from North Phoenix to Mesa to pick them up only to be told that they were not ready. When I asked to speak to the manager to let him know that his staff is giving out incorrect information, I was told he was too busy to speak with me. I will not be coming back here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Also their selection of frames is dismal.

Took time but well worth it, techs were very kind and manager willingly worked past closing time to get me my glasses all in one visit! Great team per usual

I had broke the arm off my old pair and went in the next morning for a new pair. The glasses were super cheap and I was able to walk out with my new glasses within an hour!!

My appt. was at 4pm on Wed. did the eye exam and was told an estimate to get my glasses would be Friday at 12pm. The following night was forcasted rain and i would have to drive to my second job (i have night blindness) in the rain at night. Then the dude with a gotee said he'd make them that night. I got both pairs by 6pm that night and am super happy and grateful for them. I can see at night while driving now.

TLDR: Unprofessional Conduct and Toxic Work Environment at Eyeglass WorldI am writing this review to share my unfortunate experiences with Eyeglass World, particularly concerning the General Manager, John. While I initially loved my job and had a great relationship with my lab manager, the toxic environment created by John forced me to quit.John's unprofessionalism reached a new low when my younger brother visited the store for an appointment, and John, recognizing our connection, violated my privacy by discussing me throughout the appointment. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering it has been over a year since I left the company.My decision to leave was primarily influenced by John's inappropriate behavior towards me and my coworkers. From the moment he took over as GM, he displayed a complete disregard for employee well-being. He pressured me to operate unsafe lab equipment, berated me when I expressed concerns, and engaged in inappropriate physical contact, creating a hostile work environment.John's verbal abuse extended to comments about my appearance, such as my nose ring and tattoos. He targeted me specifically, despite others having similar features. The workplace became a breeding ground for negativity, with John telling everyone to quit or "get over it." The constant bullying and harassment created a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere in the workplace.One incident, where an argument between John and my lab manager escalated into yelling, prompted me to record the altercation for proof. Despite reporting this to HR, the District Manager insisted on giving John "a few months" to correct his behavior, which never happened. The lack of action and the ongoing toxic environment ultimately led to my departure.Eyeglass World's failure to address and rectify such a toxic work environment reflects poorly on the company. If this pattern persists, it may have repercussions for the company's reputation and success. I hope Eyeglass World and John take steps to create a safer and more professional workplace.In conclusion, my time at Eyeglass World was marred by an unprofessional manager and a lack of accountability. I urge the company to address these issues promptly for the well-being of current and future employees.

Very quick and convenient but also people there took time to work with me and my questions on literally everything. It was my very first eye exam and glasses , I am 34. Amazing work and I do love my glasses!I laid 100$ for all the tests and two glasses! The price was amazing

Eyeglass world did an amazing job on my glasses and the deals were amazing! I was helped by Jordan she did an excellent job explaining things to me to help me make a decision on my glasses! I’d definitely recommend eyeglass world to more future customers!

Service was fast and friendly, the exam was thorough with all questions answered, and I wound up spending under $400 for two sets of glasses and a year's worth of contacts. (For reference, my prescription is intense and I always get antiscratch and antiglare and UV protection. So typically I spend around $1000 for one set of glasses and a half year's worth of contacts.) Adam was helpful in picking out frames and made sure I took advantage of as much of my insurance benefit as possible, which I appreciate. Very clear about pricing and savings.Didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Thimesch was very patient and made sure my contacts were fitted right and offered different solution options if my eyes reacted to the sample she gave me. Literally, 'If your eyes get irritated at day 3 or 4, come back in and we'll give you another type of solution.' Wish I'd gotten everyone's names as they were all helpful. Great experience overall.
