Called to ask if they had a product I was needing that they sell right in front of the cash register two people got on the phone one said they didn't have it put another person on the phone they said they didn't have it hung up on me when I told him it was an air freshener they just hung up on me I don't think that's very good business and I come here directly went right into the store got it right in front of the cash register and told them this is the guy that hung up on me show him what this is because he doesn't ever gently know what it is and it's right in front of the cash register like I said Not very good business probably won't come back here only reason why I did is because it was getting ready to close and I didn't have time to go somewhere else but I bought the product train your staff better or at least tell them to be more courteous and have a little couth on the phone You might raise your ratings if you care seems like a lot of people don't care about their business anymore or their customer service

I placed an order online which was an easy process. The problem came afterwards when I received email messages stating that the items were available to pick up at the store location they were intended to be at. After checking several times with Management and staff at that store location and waiting two weeks, after receiving from Family Dollar corporate that the order was in. The managers and the staff were unable to verify the order, I then called Family Dollar customer service 1-800 line and spoke to a customer service rep that stated they were unable to track my order due to their inability to know where the product may have ended up at, and what truck or store location it may have been sent to. So I waited all this time after and never received my products. It is now been a month and I have not received my refund. Beware of ordering from family Dollar corporate online and website !!! Especially due to what is a logistical nightmare when you can't track a customers order, nor refund their money in a quick manner for your in ability or lack there of to give the consumer what they purchased on your website. With all the negative reviews that family dollar store has received it is quite evident and sad that corporate management or its CEO or owner refuse to run this corporation in the manner that it should be ran. No wonder why you have so many shoplifters that simply go in to these stores and take what they want when you have corporate management basically doing the same to their legitimate consumers. Shame on you, Family Dollar Store !!!

The female cashiers are super nice and polite! However the male cashiers... terrible customer service! There was no "hi,did you find everything okay?" Or "have a good day" this guy shoved 10 items in 1bag and left 1 item in 2 other bags lol. My bag literally tore open which is a pretty big deal for me considering the fact that I have to walk home. It could have taken him just 30 extra seconds ds Poor attitude as well. They really need to up their traiing and stop leaving stools and equipment in the walkway. It's dangerous! Other than that the deals are good at fair prices. Not the worst but certainly not the best

employees are super nice, and i love the wide variety of merchandise for such a small store. it’s super close to me so i can walk over there for pretty much anything i need.they have good prices for some things and are a bit overpriced on other things but overall i don’t have too much to complain about.

Manager is a drunk. Assistant manager I'm pretty sure is the only one who actually has intelligence. He seems to have quit as I have seen him in a while. Good for him. Employee have no idea what's going on. (Probably not being trained) store is a disaster. Everything out of place and most stuff out of stock. Like simple stuff thumb tacks and such you know basic stuff FAMILY dollar should be carring in stock. Why is the manager always drunk and working. I can always tell when he is cause he's loud smells like beer and stables around not knowing what's going on. 6x a few days ago he made trips to get change for the cashier up front. 6x he forgot what he needed from the back. Y'all are crazy keeping a drink on the job.Sabrina is cute though. So the second star is only cause of her.

It used to be a great shopping experience but now it's screaming and yelling in the store from the workers. No manners what so ever. Kicking out a lady because her payment didn't go through the last time she was in and threatening the cops on her. The workers are even taking and making phone calls on their phone. It is really sad when you see something like this. I stood at the register for almost a full minute before someone came to check me out. Very disappointed in how this store has turned out recently.

I just went tonight @845pm since they close at 10 and there’s a note on the door saying “Stores closed, system is down. Sorry.” But it was strange that 2 paying customers had just walked out with goods and I saw a few people inside shopping? Seems like a lame excuse to get off early!

This has some of the lowest level customer service I have ever had. I asked to speak to a manager. The cashier said what can I help you with. I said nothing you are just a regular worker. I didn't mean any disrespect... I just want to know why the store was so dirty outside. So I wanted to talk to the manager so I could get their name and corporate number. The cashier to me I she was offended because I called her a regular. So she told the store manager what I said. The manager refused me service just because she didn't like what I was saying. I told her it was unprofessional. She said I was unprofessional. When I had my stuff ready to buy also seeing I'm not at work to be professional. The store manager needs to be demoted... also the cashier said if I cared about the outside of the store so much. I can volunteer clean it up. Seeing there was 5 employees in the store. How would that make sense for the customer to do their job. From my perspective and also being a business owner and manager. They all are lazy...

I have filed a complaint with corporate and heard nothing back. The store manager who is frankly a 50 something ex gang member/con followed me outside of your store to try and pursue confrontation and violence and your company is lucky she was too slow and went in the wrong direction after I asked to have a conversation with her. I did this because she had her employee stand at the register with her and have virtual court for his son on speaker on the sales floor discussing drug history and etc. when I approached Vinny my cashier I explained how uncomfortable it was and he apologized but stated Vanessa would not allow anything else. I asked if he’d like me to say something about this coming from the customers behalf and like a beaten dog this grown man said yes please. Once Vanessa was aware of a problem she began to get confrontational and the rest is in my complaints.
