If I could leave less than one star I would. Literally just walked out of this place with my sick daughter the staff is rude and also apparently useless and sitting around being paid for nothing since this is the 3rd time I’ve tried to come to this location for different sick children and they don’t have working systems. This place should be shut down. The staff is racist rude unprofessional and shouldn’t be anywhere near human beings in general let alone in the medical field.

Please do not go this clinic. I went there a week ago with urinal aches and pains, they barely treated me and took a sample of my urine for testing and told me it would take 2-3 days to get the results. A week later and still yet no results. They are even saying that they may have lost my sample. I was calling them daily asking if the results were in yet, and every time they made it seem like I was bothering them to get my test results. Now after a week they are asking me if I can come back in to give another sample because these idiots lost my first sample. Why would I even set foot into such an awful place. How incompetent as a clinic can you be to lose a patients sample? They do not care about their patients at all, I could have went to another clinic instead of waiting for results. Now I sit on Thanksgiving day in pain, blood still in my urine, still waiting on test results. THEY DO NOT CARE. DONT GO HERE

I don't normally leave reviews for anything but coming from someone who works in healthcare I couldn't leave this unsaid. I was deeply disappointed in this facility. When you feel like hell and you are going into a healthcare establishment to get help, you expect to be welcomed and taken care of. There were at least 10, if not more, employees behind the desk and not one person said hello, smiled or even acknowledged I walked in. I was handed a clipboard asking me the same exact questions I already filled out online. There was no way I was going to wait any longer than I did, let alone give them any of my money. I ended up walking out. I really hope that if employees there are that unhappy, that they leave the business and find something better that suits them. Do not recommend.

Was in and out on less than. 30 minutes both visits. 8 a.m. is the best time to be there. Staff is courteous and professional. Follow up care is just as great. Had to go back the next day for more help and I didn't have to go through my life story a second time, they remembered me. First place that didn't automatically treat me as an addict and assume I was just there for meds. Thanks to all the staff that made this an enjoyable experience for me and extra kudos to the nurse that gave me the painless shots in the butt. Thanks for being excellent at your profession!

The killed the pain in my leg completely. They couldn't do another very basic job as urgent care can only do one job per visit and didn't have the tools to do it with anyway. Not 100% job but 99% satisfied ain't bad at all.

I went on to the Mesa location on University. I asked to restart the tablet as I made a mistake and the person tried, but was unable to restart the tablet. I was then told, in a nice way, to "just sign it." I explained I did not want my health information shared and asked for the contact person (the document in the tablet advises to ask staff). The front desk staff did not know what the phone number is for the person who handles privacy matters as listed on one of their documents that said to ask staff for the contact person. One had to go to a supervisor who gave a phone number for someone not at their office and was not able to give the name of a person or department. I went there for 2 reasons, emphasized 2 reasons (abscess on elbow and lymph node swelling on the side of my jaw), and gave her symptoms of swelling going up and down when I eat, painful, just started the day before, asked if it was caused by the abscess, how to treat, and more. The provider said the the antibiotic for the abscess could help the lymph node but she did not know. She said because the abscess is on the opposite side of my body the lymph node, it would not cause the lymph node to be infected. I asked if it the swelling was saliva glands and I believe I was told she didn't know. When I called back, to ask for instructions, diagnosis, care, for the lymph node, I spent over 30 minutes between the front desk and I think a supervisor. The supervisor began reading the patient care instructions for the abscess, stating they were for the lymph node and I had to repeatedly question her response (when I questioned her why would I put a Band-Aid on the lymph node, she could not answer (per after visit summary)), especially after stating I would need to I asked that all of my symptoms and instructions for patient care be added to the After Visit Summary/chart because the provider did not list any instructions nor majority of the information I gave her during the visit. After the person spoke with the provider, I was advised the provider would add notes by 7pm that evening to include diagnosis, instructions, and care for the lymph nodes. The provider did not include neither in their note, putting in the note information that the instructions were for the abscess on my elbow. NO INSTRUCTIONS OR DIAGNOSIS OR CARE were identified in the note added related to the lymph node. I asked for ALL symptoms and diagnosis be added and the provider wrote that I requesting the swelling is on and off and painful when eating (WRONG). I asked that the After Care Summary include an area for the abscess, including diagnosis, instructions, and care (WRONG) and the provider wrote the instructions were for the abscess and did not address my request for diagnosis, instructions and care for the lymph node.

Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. The staff was professional and assisted me right away. The office was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this FastMed Location.

Walked in and they told me to go to the emergency room. While I can appreciate that they may not have had what they needed to properly care for me, that’s all they said in a flat, uncaring way. This is the nearest urgent care to me that takes my insurance and I ended up just going back home since I did not have the spoons to see which emergency room near me takes my insurance. Very unsettling that the nearest clinic to me is so unhelpful.

Everyone was friendly and professional, and we got very fast service. I was especially impressed / appreciative of the professionalism and demeanor of the male nurse (or medical assistant) that helped us.

They didn't listen to any of my symptoms, decided just because I was from out of town I had to have Valley Fever despite only having 1 symptom in common with it (fevers). Told me there was nothing they could do and it was"probably just a viral illness", I went somewhere else, got antibiotics, and was better within 2 days. Neither of the prescriptions he gave helped at all or were for symptoms that were that concerning to me. Don't waste your time or your money, go somewhere else.

Covid testing is listed on the web as no appointment needed. They also have a sign outside. Yet I walked in 1hr before their closing time, and before i said 1 word the receptionist said they are not take walk-ins ?. I just walked away.

My experience all around was fantastic. I had an awesome experience coming here to do my drug screen and it started with Carina who was very friendly. She let me know about which forms to fill out and then the technician Rachelle was very informative and kind throughout the process. Hope this helps anyone wanting to use this urgent care in the future. I highly recommend it.
