2nd time in a row that I go to pick up an order and it’s been taken to another location. I understand not all FedEx print offices can do full service. But for the love of God just communicate to the customer. No one seems to want to take responsibility for this. I’ve been to both locations today. Neither office has the order and no one cares about the huge inconvenience of me driving around town looking for my prepaid order. I’m beyond frustrated.
