I paid $13 for copies I never got because the manager is rude and wants to argue with already paid customers.
Store manager is incredibly rude and treats you like you’re dumb if you need help. I stood by the copy machine for nearly 20 minutes trying to print when I walked up asking for help she was very rude and unkind. I had 54 pages. When I mentioned I could only seem to do one at a time. “She said yeah that’s how it prints. I said I was hoping to print all the files together and she said I can’t do that. I said okay is there anyway to do all of them at once? She said yeah you can email it to me. When I said that info would have been helpful right off the bat. She said she was the one offended but her tone and lack to want to help was very uncalled for. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and would never treat or talk down to someone the way she did to me today.

I drop off a package that is ready to go. MOST FedEx locations provide a box and a scanner for me to do it myself. NOT THIS ONE! Kacie wants to know what's in my package and I essentially tell her it's none of her business. 2 weeks later I get a notification that FedEx charged my eBay account for a $2.38 overage on this package.(Which wasn't over) This is how vindictive and petty Kacie actually is. She must have put her thumb on the scale to get back at me. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

Some lady working at the cashier really tried to charge me $3 for printing one piece of paper. Of course, she doesn’t say anything until after she prints it out.
Been to a couple of FedEx locations prior to this one and most I’ve been charged is 25 cents per page. The audacity of this location to try and charge me $3 for ONE page.

Only one employee working at 3PM on a Monday. I walked in and a customer was already being helped and I was next in line. I then waited in line for 31 MINUTES for Ashlea to figure out how to send this customer’s single shipment. She first quoted $440 because she tried to put the two small boxes into a massive 40x40 box. Finally after them debating she realized she can send the boxes normally for $35..
Finally got around to getting my shipping quote which was $180 more than UPS did it for.

Don't come to this location for walk-in passport photos. We had photos taken here that were denied at our passport application. The photo machine even told the employee that the photos were not up to standard but she "promised" us that they were fine and that the machine always says that. I'm really not one to complain about employees but it's frustrating to shell out money and then set aside time off of work for a passport application appointment only to be denied and waste my entire day because of someone's laziness and incompetency.

I frequent this location often and usually never had good experiences. No one ever acknowledged me coming in and employees seemed annoyed if anyone asked for help. However the new employees are great and i have had great experiences the last couple times. Luz has the patience of an angel . I can’t remember the other employees name best i can describe them is with short hair and glasses. They were both so kind to me. Thank you for not making me feel bad for needing help.

I called into this store to verify their large format plan printers were working. The lady on the phone said the mobile station wasn’t working but they could print it at the counter, no problem.When I walked in and asked Liliana if I could print large plans, she said no the printer was broken. After telling her I had just spoken with someone on the phone who said they could print it, she seemed frustrated and told me she could do it, but it was an additional charge for her to work.Then when we went to print the plans, she told me she would also be charging extra to resize the plans, which is the click of two buttons (I often get printing done at the Scottsdale location and this is never an issue).It really seems that Liliana does not want to be helpful or do her job. She’s actively telling customers their printer is broken when it obviously is not, costing the business owners/franchisees money by turning business away.Effort and honesty don’t appear to be on her task list or job description. I’ve never heard of charging additional money for a few clicks of a mouse at the computer.

I had just had my eyes checked and couldn't see very good. So I asked the clerk if their someone to make your copies for you. She took care to do my job for me. They also have self service that they have available for you to use.

Came here at 1:55 pm and door was locked during opening hours. Just saw through the window two employees sitting there. They had a sign on the door opened till 2:15

Hate the fact that the workers never want to help with making a single copy and always referring us to the machines with a pay by card to the machines and don't assist with the process. Lilia A. Does not care that the instructions are not clear and she was no help at all and absolutely refuses to compensate anything. She is also very rude and acts like she's very entitled.

Typical FedEx store. Can ship packages or drop off Amazon returns here. Employees are always polite and professional.
