Updated review: I was in a pinch and needed to get some fliers done so I stopped in. I was told to use the computer to make my flyer which was 45 cents a minute. It made me use canva which then would not let me save and print. It only allowed me to make an order which I could print later and not save. After wasting 40 mins with the manager saying sorry he doesn’t know what to do, the other employee said she could log me out so I could stop paying and she could charge me an extra $17 to make me a proof so I could print. She finally agreed to print mine for me. Once again an even more horrible experience then before. Thanks to her I got what I needed after an hour and double the price. This IS NOT A PRINT SHOP. Lowered to 1 star review.

I’ve been a patron of this location since it was kinkos. Today will be my last time as a patron of fedex. Over the years, the ease of use and convenience has disappeared and the cost of simple prints has skyrocketed. The staff had always been helpful and wonderful within the constraints they are given. 2 star review

I recommend you find another location. Bad customer service and unhelpful employee on shift 4/29 at 9:00 am. He walked up and offered assistance to two other ladies and didn’t offer or approach me. Lame, I’ll print elsewhere

I've had no issues shipping here, but a couple select employees are rude and inconsiderate. Regardless if the job gets done it still leaves a stench in the company.

I’m so surprised to see such low ratings. I visited 2 staples stores and had horrible experiences. I found this place to be a breath of fresh air. I worked with Angelica but was in the facility for a long time and saw all the employees taking great care of the customers. I can’t speak for other’s experiences, but I went very much out of my way to get enlargements & laminations done. This is definitely my new go to place. It is true that they were a little bit more expensive to do what I needed, however Angelica was quick to show me how I could get the same service much cheaper on line or via do it yourself. Thank you Angelica for your great service.

Got there right at closing and they helped me. They could have turned me away and been justified, but they all helped me get in and out in a few minutes. Nice people

She answered all of my questions with patience, ensured that my package was properly labeled, and even helped me select the best shipping option for my needs. What could have been a confusing and time-consuming task was handled quickly and efficiently, thanks to her. I truly appreciate her professionalism and customer service, and I’ll definitely be returning to this FedEx location for future shipments!

I recently had business cards designed on Canva, but I ran into some significant issues with the measurements after placing the order online. I needed them printed A.S.A.P, so I submitted an order online with fed ex office to get them faster. There were issues with my online order so I was contacted by Jon, the manager at this FedEx Office location, and I cannot say enough about his exceptional customer service.
Jon was the most patient, thorough, and kind person I’ve ever dealt with—especially over the phone, where it can be challenging to resolve issues like this. Even though I was supposed to fix the problem myself, Jon went above and beyond to help me. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done and made several corrections on his end.
Despite having to call and email multiple times, Jon never showed any frustration or irritation, even though I know it was a complex and time-consuming issue. His professionalism and positive attitude made this the best experience I’ve ever had with any service.
Thanks to Jon, I will always return to this location for my business needs. Jon, your patience and managerial skills are truly impressive, and you are a valuable asset to your company. Thank you for your kindness and expertise—I truly appreciate all you did and my business cards are even better than before! This is how you manage a store!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

They only get 1 because I cannot do 0. There is a FedEx less than 5mi. Away. Trust me when I say you want to drive the extra mile. Jon the manager is extremely rude with a smart remark for questions. They are not helpful in any aspect and very unfriendly. Unprofessional.

The laziness of the employees are ridiculous if I wanted to do something online I would have stayed home! I spend hundreds of dollars every month at FedEx locations. This by far is one of the worst I have gone to! I wonder how much money this store loses by just not doing their job.

Jon the manager is unprofessional. Not friendly. Ask for his help and he refused. Sorry excuse for a manager. I told him he was unprofessional. Stick with ups guys
