Recently purchased a new business in Mesa and have now made this my new primary Fedex location and have had nothing but great experiences with over 3 staff members now! So great work to the team and management at this location as well as a great selection of items as well as always kept clean and organized, thank you!

Hey is it possible to actually talk to a human being that works physically in this location? Spent 30 mins on the phone trying to sort through the IVR to get to a real person and the system just hangs up on me. So disappointed that the option to just call a store and talk to a person is no longer an option.

Walked into the facility. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged by the 3 female employees. Would have genuinely appreciated some assistance. I had to walk up to the counter to ask if I could pay in cash. Meanwhile waiting for them to finish their personal life discussion when at least on employee acknowledged me. When I asked if I could pay cash the lady with purplish hair was soooooo rude with her answer. Rather than saying....Unfortunately no we don't take cash for copies. She snottily replied I could load cash on a card and went back to talkingto her buddies. The employees proceeded their personal conversation. Didn't even ask if I needed help. Didn't say goodbye or anything. The customer service is the worst I've ever had in a FedEx office. This is NOT how you treat customers ?

FedEx has a whole gets less than one star service because they are honestly a piece of garbage shipping service. The locations that they put up are nice, but that's about the extent of the niceties of FedEx. Their drivers don't take more than 2 seconds out of their day even though they know they need a signature. When you attempt to redirect a package, shipping slows down and nobody in FedEx works over any weekend so you're not going to get a package until after the weekend with most redirects. Their customer service is absolutely worse then even the United States postal office which is saying a lot.

Worst experience I have had at a FedEx and I frequent several all over the valley usually 3-4x a week.I sat down at a work station to finish my project prior to shipping it.Two employees, one appearing to be the manager (Jon), made a snark comment about people using the facilities without buying anything. I raised my fedex shipping label, and they both walked away.I then went to the self seve packing area where I removed the back from the sticky side, and there was no garbage for me to throw away the garbage. I asked the manger and he pointed a cross the store and said there are plenty on that side.No offer to scan my package. I went and finish my self service for drop off.Do not recommend this location.

I’ve stopped by this location a few times over the past week and the service is horrible. There are always 5 or 6 people standing behind the counter but to get someone to help is very tuff. I’ve watched multiple people walk out because of this, and I walked out today. I would avoid this location if possible.

My favorite shipping place. All team members are helpful and best customer service. Rosario, Candice, Keisler, Armond are working with me the whole time. There is also a very sweet girl named Annabel but sadly she had moved to a different location.

The lady that was so rude and made fun of me not being able to read, when I'm legally blind and 64 yrs old, she was very rude , act so cold and callus towards me, made me wait while she did other things in store, on purpose just to make me wait, didn't know how treat people with disabilities, I couldn't see very small print and she made fun of me like I couldn't rea, should not be working with seniors, her name is "KAI"she works at 1425 S. Alma School

How do they have the balls to charge $0.49/page to scan! It's cheaper to make a copy than it is to scan! Ridiculous. Do not use FedEx for scanning. Use the public library, free to scan and much easier as well.

Friendly helpful staff. This little gem is tucked away just off the 60 on Alma School. They've got everything imaginable when it comes to printing and shipping. Dropping off a package? Yep. Making copies of your uncle's newspaper collection? No problem. Automated services for those of us not interested in human contact and a wonderful staff for the rest of us who are terrified of technology.
