What terrible employees! The woman who works at front who supposedly called herself the manager aggressively put the missing shoe in the shoebox while being mean towards my mom, my mom then wanted the return of the shoe after realizing how mean and aggressive the lady was being, but was declined even when the shoe hasn't been worn yet. The lady then proceeded to continue yelling! All my mom did was return to the store due to a shoe being missing in the box! And that somehow got the lady aggressive!

Customer service is awful, apparently you are expected to go in the back and get the shoes yourself.

Staff needs help with customer service. The staff stands around doing nothing. Customers have to ask for help. No greeting. This store sucks. I would never buy shoes here so why contact customer care. Get into the store and either train or replace the staff!

Who does the hiring for this location? This is the closest Finish Line to me so I’ve gone here several times in the past year. Every single time me and my children have came here they have HORRIBLE service. I work in retail so I know the way it’s supposed to be. Last visit was the final straw. The girl slammed the shoes on the counter and said what size? We never get a hello, how are you.. how can I help? Nothing. After bringing the shoes out she pulled out her cell phone and completely ignored us so we walked out without purchasing anything. Sooo frustrating. Corporate and HR need to figure out what the hell type of people are working at this location because the hiring manager is NOT guiding and teaching them about customer service.

This skinny woman she had dyed hair like a orange color was very rude I was asking for a size and she busted looked at me rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath and she brought me the wrong size and I told her and she got really mad so that day I sadly did not get my shoes but I went back today and got shoes and a lovely lady sold me some but I really think you should fire that orange hair girl that was just plane rude I understand people have bad days but she’s was really rude I will no be going back after that.

Came in the store looking for a certain shoe and the employees Nathan and Destinee were very helpful and polite to help me find the exact size and shoe I was looking for! Definitely will be back here

Walked in the store to return shoes that didn't fit me and did not wear once more than trying to the shoes on for a few seconds and this guy is Name Nate kept asking if the shoe was worn and we said No 3 times and just told us to contact customer service and refused the return, very unprofessional customer service.
