45 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches, guess I don't get to eat before my 10 hour shift. Pathetic, if you can't get sandwiches out in a timely fashion, then stop taking orders.

We almost didn’t stop in. So glad we did! Both workers provided great service. My daughter and I shared a sub and they took that into consideration when serving. They gave us our subs separately. They were kind and attentive! It’s the little things.

Cashier automatically rounded up my total for donation without asking and noticed after I paid. Not a huge deal but maybe ask the customer if THEY want to donate THEIR money beforehand. Imagine if every place I ate at did this… an additional 3.5% cost to me. Seems rash and rude.

Picked my mom up from the hospital and stopped by Firehouse to get some sandwiches for her and my dad. Asked for a pastrami sandwich with just meat and cheese on white bread and they gave the exact opposite: pastrami sandwich with everything on it and on wheat bread. For my mom's sandwich I asked for an Italian with wheat bread and they put it on white. When I called to complain the lady said she was going to take my information and she hung up on me. I know that this wasn't a freak occurrence because there was a customer while I was waiting for my sandwiches to get made that came in and when the girl at the counter asked what she could get for him he responded by saying "how about get my order right?"

3rd time here. Only customer inside store l. Currently at 30 mins of wait time for a standard sub on their menu, no special order. Hard to support a business that’s doesn’t encourage or hire it’s employees with basic work ethic or even simple communication. As I’m standing here waiting no acknowledgment. Order got put on the counter for me to grab no notification that it was my order or not. She just set it down and walk away definitely my last time visiting this store.

This used to be my absolute favorite place to eat at, I would order atleast twice a week. I would even prefer firehouse over a lot of nice dine in restaurants. But one day it just all changed, every time I had received my sandwich they always over toasted the bread. To the point of being very hard to chew, I got so frustrated I decided to go to a firehouse that was further away, and had the opposite problem, they had under toasted it and the bread had tasted extremely doughy. Also the change to the rewards was very harsh, making large subs 15,000 points and 12,000 for a medium (when it used to be 10,000 points for a large) is very harsh, I understand increasing the point price but I wish it would’ve been closer to 10,000 points for a medium and 13,000 for a large. A 50% increase just feels like your losing all the value you once had.

Love what they stand for but you could easily get better subs for cheaper at subway or cheba Hut. Wouldn't recommend this place.
