Took my car to get two new run flat tires and the service received was courteous and performed in a timely manner, considering that those tires need to be ordered ahead of time and come from California.

I had a bad experience with AAA and I explained this to Brandon. He made sure the battery I needed was set aside and ready to go and took care of my car issues in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

My day started off with my car not starting when I pulled up to a gas station. I went to my neighborhood Firestone this location. This was a completely unexpected financial emergency and the customer service that was received from Brian was completely amazing he did all he could do to help even called another location for a battery that was within a reasonable price range. Thank you so much for your empathy and all your help today.

Had an awesome experience with Brian and the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. I came in for a tire change and while there were cheaper options, Brian took the time to talk with me about my Tacoma, especially the fact that it has Fuel wheels, and helped recommend a more aggressive-looking tire that one of their own team members uses as well. I’m super happy with the choice — the new tires look sick and really fit the truck’s style.
He also made sure everything stayed within my price range, and I was able to take advantage of a deal using my Firestone credit card. When I picked it up, they even let me know my wheel key was a bit worn, so they used their own to avoid any damage — something small, but super appreciated. These guys were helpful, honest, and clearly know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!

I have always had a good experience at this location. I usually make an appointment however on this day (Saturday) I was running errands and decided to stop and have them check my tires as the ride seemed a lot more rough lately and knew I probably needed new tires. Turns out I needed 3. They serviced my car while I waited which took about an hour.

I wrote a review on this shop 6 years ago, and it appears someone hacked it, changed my 1 star to 5, and worded it to a positive. My initial review was that I was sold tires as 'New', but were defective and out of date in a 'Buy 2, get 2' Sale. Repeated trips unresolved the issue. If you buy tires here, check the date code on them before leaving.
