I scheduled an appt at a Firestone that was 3 Firestone’s from my house, as it was listed they had an opening for a/c servicing. I dropped gf my vehicle at the 8a appt, was told I would hear back in about 3-4hrs about their findings. I called them at 3p, as I had not heard from them. I gave them double the amount of time to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. I was told they were working on replacing the air compressor. When I informed the employee that I was merely calling to check on what they found out, that this is the first I’m hearing my vehicle needs anything replaced let alone the air compressor, the employee put me on hold to check further. When they got back on the phone, they informed me their service tech is not familiar with my vehicle’s engine, so they would not be able to work on it, then told me to take my vehicle to a specific other Firestone location, which is one of the two closer locations to my house (I know I could not make an appt at the suggested location, as they didn’t have any available time-slots).
I called Firestone’s customer service line to see what they suggest I do. They called the suggested Firestone location, and was informed their a/c service tech was not in. So not only did this Firestone not contact me about my vehicle, they were working on doing an installation on my vehicle without my consent, yet they didn’t have a service tech that felt trained enough to do the task. I wasted a full day off from work to get this done. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked for the paperwork they were assigning to my vehicle. One of their “suggestions” was to replace the tires. My vehicle is about 4.5yrs old, I’m the original owner, the vehicle only has 56k miles on it, and I just replaced the tires with brand new ones not even a year ago. There’s no way the tires need replaced. I don’t trust anything they suggested I need done for my vehicle.

2.5 hours for an oil change, brake fluid exchange and coolant exchange… $142 labor charge on top of their service charge. Had my 2 front tires replaced 3 weeks ago at a different shop and they recommended replacing them again due to low tread… driving home from the service and the brakes are now squealing. This place can pound sand.

Had an appointment for 3 for a basic oil change, the guy at the counter told me should be an hour or so. I asked why so long because Take 5 is 10 minutes, his reply was "we aint take 5" I ask why it takes so long he said we inspect the car. 46 minutes later they started the oil change, when I asked why they said they were doing an alignment, I said I had an appointment for an oil change. Anyway, if you go here expect a LONG TIME for a basic oil change. I paid for a full synthetic oil change but not sure that's what I got because they filled it from an unmarked jug additionally they spilled oil on my engine and down next to it as seen in the pictures. I'm done with you Firestone.

Cody and his team took care of my vehicle’s brake problem. I had the brakes done a week before and he assured me that they will take their time to figure out the issue, and to resolve it for me. He and his team certainly did. I’m grateful for his persistence and attention to detail to get it done. Also, it was accomplished during a busy Black Friday weekend. Definitely coming back!

They left grease prints on my steering wheel and outside of the vehicle. A basic check with an appointment took over 2 hours. I was charged for the service when it was supposed to be free. I didn’t argue because I wanted to get out of there. I won’t be going back.

We are very happy with the service we received. The technicians were very honest and didn’t try to upsale us to something we didn’t actually need. They were very friendly and got my car repaired on time like they said they would. We are customers for life!

I confirmed Firestone bad reputation. I brought my car to have all 4 shock absorbers replaced due they were making noise when going over bumps. The shop handled the alignment service, part purchases, and installation, but the noise persisted, clunking in front and have excessive noise. Then I returned to the shop to have it tested again and the Master Tech stated during multiple test drives after replacement that everything was good but could hear a popping sound. Master tech verified with SSS that everything was secure sound, must be from loose items in the trunk. Therefore, I took the car to other locations for inspection, and they concluded that Firestone had done a bad job. Over time the car had a rapid tire, suspension wear and poor handling (11,000 miles front nearly new tires got bald). I needed to change the tires, control arms, ball joints and the stabilizer bar links, as well as the alignment service, but even so the noise persists and I have realized that the noise originates from the upper strut mounts that come with the shocks, if these are not replaced or are defective it causes the tires and entire suspension to have a rapid wear and excessive noise. Firestone did not do a good job and because of that my car had even more wear. It is worth mentioning that they also did not fix my AC, because they could not detect any leak, so they just put gas on it, and after a couple of weeks the AC stopped cooling, even they wanted more money to fix it. Firestone needs to focus on its workers because of their bad job, which could result in accidents for customer. Avoid this place at all costs, apart from the fact that the charge a lot, they don't do the work well.

My daughter went there to fix a check engine code AutoZone said was a P012 code. This indicates a valve timing solenoid, she also requested an oil change. They kept the car for the entire day and did nothing. Day two had the car all day. They said the car was throwing too many different codes, and they could not determine the issue, but did the oil change $100. I checked the oil when she came home. Oil was down a quart and dirty. They hadn't done the oil change and she went back for a refund and they refused to give her back her money. She had the solenoid replaced by another shop. No issues.

Casey is the best. He knew exactly how to fix our rotor problem when another location didn’t know. He is professional and authentic and is trying to do right by his customers. We trust him with our car and we enjoy giving our business to this location because we trust Casey.
