This location is the slowest at everything. I was excited to open the account when I did open it but I'll be changing banks very very soon. I don't understand why this location is so slow at making a deposit, calling the next customer, and with general everyday transactions.

This location profiles their customers…been with since 2018/19 and for the 1st time they need to put hold on check ??. I won’t be surprised if I was new customers or if I had never deposited from company but I e been making check deposits from same company since I open my account.SMH…FIND ANOTHER BANK PEOPLE!!!

I have been with this bank for almost 10 years and never had a problem! Eveytime I go to this específic location they are always very helpful plus I not too busy and doesn't take me too long to do my transactions. This bank is located inside of walmart supercenter on dobson and río salado

If I could give them zero Stars I would went in to get a situation handled the bank manager was there yet I was told there was no bank manager don't try to cash a check cuz they will hold it talking about they don't know who it's from doesn't matter what bank it's from worst bank I've ever dealt with

No one answers the phone EVER. I’ve been calling for 3 days, all different times of the day and no one ever answers no matter how long I wait. Once I waited over 25 minutes before I gave up. I am trying not to go to the branch because of Covid. Very poor customer service

I wish I could give this bank 0 stars. I have overdraft protection set up on my account but since I didn't have the full amount of funds for an automatice payment they charged me an overdraft fee anyways. Even though my account never went in the negative because I have overdraft PROTECTION. This bank sucks. Also they DO NOT reverse overdraft fees. I was told one a year but I've had two that were not my fault now and neither of them are eligible for reversal.

I have been banking with 1st Conveninece sice 2016 and I never had any problem. The only problem I have is my own trying to manage my acct especially when you loose your job and you dont have any other choice but use your Over Draft to pay bills and food. Its what I am going thru right now. But eventually it will be back to normal.. i Love this Bank and the people who works there. Like Elena, Carlos, Carringron, and the rest of the Team. I Love them like they are my Family. . Thank you for always being there for me when I.need you.

Terrible bank they don't even have a option to speak with a Agent and my card quit letting me Uber and use Lyft out of no where so it's been hard getting to work. DO NOT USE THIS BANK toooooo many complications
