You can never get A hold of them! I changed my pin number many times and they have not updated it. They have not reset my account so I can’t access it and when I had fraud on my account, you can only 03 transactions at a time so I had to wait and do the other one. It is very unreliable. I would not use them again.!

I had an excellent experience at First Convenience Bank thanks to Christopher. He was very professional, level headed, and really took the time to understand my financial needs. When I asked about savings accounts and how the bank works, he explained everything clearly and made the process simple. Absolutely incompetent people, terrible service all I got from them was attitude(Gaby and Carla). My card was hacked and I had traveled so i couldn’t have the card sent to my place because it’s a two month trip and all they could do was put me on hold for an hour. I can’t wait to go back to AZ and withdraw all my money from them. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT with them, oh also they charge you for Zelle

Came to pickup money sent by western union. They said I need to be their customer to be able to use western union. It dodnt make sense to me.

This bank sucks for sure please don't come here this is for your money if like u like your well u should love your money so don't do it will some how find a way to keep it and there nothing u can do about and the people there not nice just juge u and think you just trying to get over on them how it's that it's direct deposit

If there was the possibility of putting 00000, I would put it, horrible service from this bank, I'm not talking about a specific place, but about this entire company, they charge you for everything, they don't give you clear answers. It's a battle to get your account closed. I am very upset, why even after closing it I still receive charges, I don't know what. And they tell me that their account was not completely closed ??????

Do not bank here trust me you will regret it. Poor customer service and your money keeps getting stolen and they never answer the phone. It's awful Do Not Bank here else you will tell the tale yourself

I have been with this Bank for 11 years I started in Texas I frequent this particular branch in mesa Az and I have never had a bad experience EVER I have deal with almost every employee they have always gone above and beyond to try and get things straightened out and done for me.
