Do not bank here trust me you will regret it. Poor customer service and your money keeps getting stolen and they never answer the phone. It's awful Do Not Bank here else you will tell the tale yourself

I have been with this Bank for 11 years I started in Texas I frequent this particular branch in mesa Az and I have never had a bad experience EVER I have deal with almost every employee they have always gone above and beyond to try and get things straightened out and done for me.

I should of listen to the reviews of this bank! Don't bank here if you can't deposit more than 500 after hours at Walmart. And when you do a cash deposit at Walmart after hours it'll take a day or 3 for to go through. Should be instant! Going to open another bank somewhere else. Good luck everyone

Went in to deposit my check, they wanted to put it on a 7 day hold????? But when I went to the location by the 202 near Arizona ave. They put the same check in no problem this was a waste of my time I’ve had the same account with them for a year this is just really inconvenient if I was you I would bank with someone else and not even waste your time

I truly don't understand how this bank still exists. It's always an issue to deposit a check when I have an account here. Turn me away when I get a paper check because it wasn't direct deposited or I haven't signed up for direct deposit. Cash deposits are always on hold for at least 5 days because I overdrafted my account once (which I brought my account positive and paid the late fee). The ladies are rude and act like my bank account info is private for them only. I ask why there's an issue and they always say "I'm sorry we can't say why, you need to verify its your account and then we'll email the issue", even after I've shown them my driver's license, but it's not enough, like WHAT!! I just don't understand how a bank can still be around when they don't accept money or allow funds to become available on their terms. I'm opening a new bank account somewhere else. This is very unprofessional.

Customer service is bad I hate the service from the he/she guy I always have issues. The manager has no customer skills an is snobby all customer service share the same attitude from. I was waived of an another assistant came an spoke to me. Them claimed tht customer service from the 1800 number had more authority over there branch then the 1800 number claimed the branch had more control. I don't know who's was lieing. I wouldn't recommend this bank or service to anybody else. I should have read the reviews on there poor service I would of went else where banking

Staff is always very friendly and greets with a smile. Branch is clean and well kept. Hours are convenient.

"Manager" Kaja refused to close my account months ago. Now they keep charging the monthly maintenance fee and NSF charge. This is a robbery. Should be illegal.

Don't bank with these people. It's Walmart trash. For 3 days now you can't even call the bank. Busy signal or the bank itsself telling you their phones are down. I have no desire to bank with people who can't even keep their phone on. My daily bank text with my balance has stopped coming. The app isn't working and you can't call them either.

This bank is great! Every time I have a question or an issue they take care of it in a prompt and professional manner. I am always treated with respect and consideration here. We've been customers for 4 years and we have never had a problem. Thank you to everyone who works at this branch!
