Came by yesterday for a carwash I purchased the VIP option (Most expensive one) They did ok on the exterior but the interior floor still had plenty of noticeable hair on it and the seats still had stuff on it that could have been easily wiped off. I know this isn't a place for full details but for $40 i would have expected them to do a little better.

Good place to get my Camaro washed. Every now and again I’ll find a spot they missed on accident and they are quick and efficient to clean it up right away. Gets busy here quick!

I SEARCHED for a full service car wash. I'm 70. I have a white German Shepherd service dog. I didn't want to vacuum myself as that was a lot of hair. Would have taken me hours. I came up on Five Star...should be 10 ⭐ in my opinion! I couldn't have been happier. My go to place now. I have a white car...not one water spot on it. Road Grime...gone. door jambs cleaned. Best carwash ever. All the employees were friendly and hustling! The business area was clean and the vending machines were stocked with choices! Pricing was very reasonable!

This is our new go to for car washes. Very happy overall with experience so far. Really like that fact that they have damp towels between the stations for use.

I moved here to AZ 9 months ago. When I got here I went searching for a hand wash detail place and found this place. It sure was an waking coming from Florida. In Florida I was getting a hand wash exterior and interior clean plus tires for $25 but always gave them $30. The job was always excellent for the price. I come to AZ and seen everything is more expensive here. So after I got over the prices of the work I normally get I decided to give it a try. My vehicle of course from traveling looked better after getting the detailed here. What I didn't like was the lady at the desk. She was very rude and said they can only take cash. So I had to walk next store to the store and get charged a fee to pull money out. I wish they told me this before I continue with the service But the rude lady is what really got me. I'm all about customer service and I haven't been back since bc of the rudeness.

Paid $70 for a half a$$ job. Back hatch wasn't vacuumed, interior wasn't wiped, rims not cleaned. I won't even start on the many areas not washed on the exterior. Don't waste your time or money.

It used to be an excellent car wash place but this time found four five guys were trying to intimidate and acted very unprofessional. Decided not to come here anymore. This reminds me very bad behavior like seen in US cities. Sorry but this business staff is not trained to treat customers professionally Today, June 2, 2023 I visited the place again and was in complete disbelief what I witnessed. This place is run by folks who behave like gang and staff, including receipt told that you can go anywhere. Other guy came from a neighboring shop and first asked if I am from Mexico. I told that I am india and he started cursing and walked away.This is what this place offers these days and strongly advise a against doing any business. scary gang like behavior. Sad but true.

I don’t understand any negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and always very satisfied with the job they do.Yes you have to wait because it is a hand wash job and ever nook and cranny of my SUV is addressed. So if you want a quick drive through experience don’t come here!They really take care of the property also. I see them picking up trash, sweeping the areas, watering plants and just working hard. Great place for a car hand wash !Services: Polishing

Every week when I come to this business, they always give me a different price. I mention it to the owner instead of the owner understanding he gets upset and argues with me. Instead, I thanking me for letting him know that somebody’s wasn’t doing there job, I guess some people can’t handle criticism.. The outside looked great. The vacuuming was lackluster, and there were parts of the polishing on the dashboard that were streaked. Might try it one more time, but if the results are the same, I won't be back. By the way, I was the only car in the place.

Brought my Toyota 4Runner to this car wash. Sign clearly stated 4Runner is $16.95 for wash. Attendant wanted to charge $20.00 and when I questioned he said other customers pay $20.00 and don't complain. Continued to argue and berate me and said to go to another car wash if I didn't want to pay. When I asked to speak to the owner he said it was him. Please do not give business to this rude establishment that tries to overcharge.

$45 for VIP wash because of mild muddy full size truck. They done a good job washing the exterior and cleaning interior. i say yes it was worth it.
