We have been customers of FlexPrint since 2010 and paid monthly for our copier/printer. The contract is now up for renewal and I have spoken to four people over a period of a month and cannot get any service. I called the number as directed to on the invoice to discuss renewals. I was told someone would get back to me in a few days. After 30 days I called the same number and they said someone should have called me. She then gave me another number to call - the service department. They knew nothing about it and got someone on the phone from Accounting. They gave me the number of the sales department, who was conveniently not available. Great service ha! FlexPrint's specialty is technology - what a joke.

The company that I work for uses Flex print for our printer services . I have managed many clinics for my company and they are always on time and get it right the 1st time. I have never had a problem with them in regards to service or supplies. Today I called because my toner blew up in my printer . I called and spoke with Jeremy in service and he was so helpful and nice. He transferred me to supplies , so that I may reorder and I spoke with Yvette who was also a pleasure to speak to . They made a stressful situation better just by having good customer service. Ernie is the tech who services our printer and he always is thoughtful of our work area and gets the job done right the 1st time. Thanks Flex print
