I ordered thousands of dollars in tile from this store online where it said it was in stock. They sold the stock I bought in store to someone else and then told me I needed to go get my tile from Glendale when I ordered from Mesa. They won’t transfer tile store to store and wanted me to pay $200 to have it delivered from Glendale by a third party when they sold the tile I purchased. The female manager was not helpful. Horrible customer service. Don’t buy from here.

This past weekend our tile installers ran out of tile for our fireplace so I immediately drove to the Floor & Decor store in Mesa where I purchased the product after confirming they had inventory online. When I got to the store I realized I didn’t have my purse. I had set it down in the garage when I went back into the house for something. In a panic I found an employee, Joselyn, to inquire on my options. I explained the situation and that I just needed one more tile for the installers to finish the job. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Thank you so much Joselyn! Our fireplace looks amazing!

Such a good experience at floor and decor! I came in hopelessly looking for a tile I found on in an instagram reel lol and Tyson was able to find the PERFECT match and took such good care of me! It was the only tiles left in the store AND online and it was such a good deal I’m so happy I was helped by both Tyson and Joseph that made my dream kitchen tile come true!
