Jaquan Ray abuses not only his partners, strangles animals, and has threatened a child’s life in the same way as he threatened the poor cat. Yet you allow him to manage your store around children, I’d highly suggest finding management who hasn’t threatened a large number of your customer base.

Horrible customer service here. Dishonest about shoes they have in stock, so be careful ordering online from here. The workers do not show up to open the store during opening hours. Lies about power outages being the reason they didn't have the sore open, yet this location is in an indoor mall and the stores next to it are open with power. Crappy place. Save yourself a headache and waiting 3-5 days for your money to be returned on an item that was marked in stock.

Friday evening 8/26/22 my group of three (2ladies & a young girl) when in to buy shoes, the assistant manager and one employee tended two customers together and ignored us, we sat for almost 15 minutes with no greeting or help. The employee did make eye contact with us and turned and walked to the back of the store without saying anything to us.When one of us ask for their names, the assistant manager still did not offer any apology or help. We left without making a purchase. but we did find better help and customer service across the way.
