I am changing my rating. I will be there tomorrow and we will see what happens. For now it will be 5 stars since every time I have called he has been straight up with me but I have not done business because of the prices he offered. Great customer service and very honest.

SPENCERTIFIED IS PERFECT FOR ME!I JUST GOT WHAT I WANTED FROM FRIENDLY UNDERSTANDING SOUND PEOPLE!Visit this shop for sweet deals on receivers, multi-disc CD players, turntables and all of your stereo and surround sound speakers and components.(they had many options, new stuff and older vintage too.)REALLY! It was cool to do business with honest people who listened and gave me just what I was looking for. I asked a lot of questions about equipment and was shown different options, and, different prices, straight forward and honest.THEY GOT THE STUFF AND STAFF!Thanks to all 3 of the staff that helped.Phil D

Spencer was super helpful and knowledgeable when I visit him. I experienced a slight issue with some hardware and he was more than willing to make it right. As a nice gesture he gave me a slight upgrade to the equipment I was purchasing. He’s very reasonable and enjoyable to work with! Highly recommend!

I finally found the perfect electronic store! Spencer not only knows how to repair electronics to a like new condition, he knows how to run a business where you, the customer is king! He offers a full money back guarantee. They have a showroom in Mesa Arizona. His staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and will answer all your questions. They pack their shipments extremely well so damage is very rare. I have purchased 3 CD changers from Spencer and couldn’t be happier. I’m about to buy a DVD changer. It’s always fun when I receive an item from Spencer because when I plug it in I know it’s going to work flawlessly. What a change from two other platforms I used to buy from! The stereo equipment I bought from them usually turned out to be a boat anchor. You can buy from Spencertified all day long with confidence.
