Oh what horrible choices Kroger is making. Used to love this store, but over the past 3-4 years I've watched a gradual decay to where instead of a high quality grocery store, we now have a race to be Walmart. Wife and I use to go come here all the time. We'd go to the Bar, get a few cheap drafts, then head over to grilling station at the butcher which would grill us a nice meal, grab some sides from the deli and have ourselves a cheap date at the Happy Bar. Then go do our grocery shopping. Why drive to costco to save as few bucks when I can have a meal, cheap drinks and then do my shopping in one place? Sadly, grilling station is now gone, The geniuses closed the bar and are fixing to tear it down, And of that doesn't speak to Krogers shift in target demographics, the awesome build your own six pack section with good craft beer, Its been replaced with bud light tall boys. Real classy. It feels like Kroger is going quantity over quality, even the effort to display the store, has decayed to lazy bulk outs and UN-inspiring displays. And now there are electric one-way gates at the entrance too. Really added a trashy touch to what use to be a fancy store.I pray the Safeway-Kroger merger does not go through, I don't want to see Kroger management ruin another great store experience. Safeway has taken my business from Kroger. But if they fall prey to Krogers wonderful management, Ill be out of options, Costco it will have to be.

Great meat department, produce, bakery and of course you got to love the bar. Nice to have a drink before a little shopping!

I really dislike the buy 5 buy 6 and get the lowers price. I have been a customer of frys for over 6 years. 50 percent of the time what shows up on the register and what correct price should be are always different. Clipping coupons is a hit and miss. Not sure why we shop at Flys. Seemlike if they went back to basics life would be a little easier.

Ordered almost $500 of groceries online. Given pickup time. Arrived but order was given to someone else. Told that’d call the next morning. Didn’t call that next morning. Finally drove over and discussed. Reordered groceries. Got most almost 24 hrs after initial order. Was shorted several items. Had to go back a 3rd time to get missing items. Was told that the customers who got my original order called and advised prior to my pickup time on the original pickup day but Fryes never called to tell me or reschedule. After talking to a Manager, was only given excuses on how busy they are, that mistakes happen, that mistakes are rare, etc. Would prefer to have heard it was investigated, the responsible employees coached and the incident used as lessons learned for the whole team to help prevent recurrence. I know they don’t care but they’ve lost a $1,000 a month customer. I will be sharing experience with thousands so potentially a costly poor management response. I can handle errors, just not an unwillingness to be responsible and accountable. Especially when three mistakes happen within 36 hours, and management doesn’t care and is unwilling to lead. It’s the beginning of another corporate decline, someday a Kroger Exec will wonder what in the world happened and how come customers and revenues are in a decline.

12/2023 - This place has gone WAY DOWNHILL. Empty shelves everywhere in the store, very little assistance. I have to go to another grocery chain to try and get the ingredients I need for dinner. Totally unacceptable from the largest grocery chain in the region. Haven't seen anything like this nearby. The app has become complicated and I didn't receive the discounts that I scanned while in the store (reviewed my receipt at home). The bar area doesn't appear to be in use anymore. The hot food offerings aren't high quality. Very, very disappointing. The cashier was friendly, however.2019 - Grocery store with some uncommon features: bar area where you can have beer growlers filled, specialty cheese counter and grill at the meat counter.

Store itself is nice, but I 100% dont recommend the pickup here. Needed peppermint ice cream last year. Did the entire pickup just for that and they said they were out. Went to 2 other stores they didnt have it. Went back to this frys same day just hours later and they had 3 on the shelf in store. If they didnt want to give me the item then dont allow it for pickup. I have had other issues with pickup but this one really got me.

Wendy is THE NASTIEST Frys employee I have met. My dog is in service animal training, barked just twice and I got berated EMBARRASSED and THREATENED OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF MOST OF THE STORE. I have a cervical neck brace on and it's difficult enough being in pain, but this person is HORRIBLE!!! To make matters worse, I learned that she's an influential manager in the store with people that report to her, and I learned that this is a recurring issue with her. It's unfortunate that a single person at a wonderful store like this makes the shopping experience an unforgettable experience.?

Normally I don’t have problems shopping here. The last few times I have gone in by myself have been a major hassle. I’m handicapped and having to stand in line is just brutal. Most of the time I use a ride on cart but not always. Last night I was more or less forced to go thru self checkout. I could not stand in one of only two lines open with a cashier for that long. I was already struggling. I mistakenly thought the employees manning the self checkout were supposed to be helpful. They have their noses stuck so far in their phones that they don’t even acknowledge customers much less ask if a customer needs help. I despise that more and more companies are doing this. It is highly disrespectful and makes older people and disabled people feel worse than some already do

Still has that "New Store" feel to it. Not your typical grocery store. Great place to get what you need at reasonable prices. Worth checking out and doing your weekly shopping when stocking up your shelves at home.

They close at 11pm. Got to the front of the store at 11:02pm w a full shopping cart of groceries. Was informed only the self checkout was open. Replied all my groceries won't fit. Was told I could pull up another cart to place scanned items in. I'm not doing a full shopping cart in the self checkout. And they refused to open a lane. Left my full cart their and walked out. so I hope they had fun putting away all the go backs.

Found caterpillars and their feces in salad. First time I ever had that problem, usually a good selection. Returned.
