I like fry's

I recently visited Fry's on McKellips and Recker Rd and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I regrettably have to give them a rating of one star due to the lack of knowledge displayed by the employees regarding service animals, as well as being asked to leave the store.Upon entering the store with my service animal, I was immediately met with confusion and hesitation from the employees. Despite my attempts to explain the laws regarding service animals and their access to public spaces, the staff seemed unaware and untrained in how to handle such situations. This lack of knowledge is concerning, as it not only reflects poorly on the store's professionalism but also raises questions about their commitment to accommodating all customers, including those with disabilities who rely on service animals for assistance.Furthermore, the situation escalated when I was approached by a manager who insisted that I leave the store with my service animal. Despite my protests and attempts to educate them on the relevant laws, I was ultimately forced to comply with their demands and leave the premises. This experience was not only humiliating but also deeply upsetting, as it made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against due to my disability. In addition to the distressing encounter regarding my service animal, I also found the overall level of customer service to be lacking. The employees seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting customers, instead choosing to focus on their own tasks or conversations amongst themselves. This lack of attentiveness made it difficult to find help when needed and contributed to a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction during my visit.Overall, my experience at Fry's on McKellips and Recker Rd was deeply disappointing. From the lack of knowledge displayed regarding service animals to the subpar customer service and disorganized store layout, there were numerous areas where improvements could be made. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my disability, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience at this location in the future.

I just love this fry's so much! I go here almost daily and everyone always remembers me and I just feel so nice when I go here! The produce lady(I'm terrible with names) she's just so sweet and such a sweet spirit that always puts a smile on my face!

They always have things on sale but they are always out of the products. Store also needs to be updated. Albertsons is a lot better.

For over 20 years my family and I have shopped here at this location. But not anymore. Recently we were accosted by Eddie (new store manager) who apparently has a severe case of "Napoleon Syndrome", saying my mother's LEGALLY CERTIFIED AND TRAINED service animal was not allowed in Frys because "it was unhygienic and unlawful". After pointing out even the certifications he raised his finger and threatened me to "watch it or else". This man THREATENS anyone who proves him wrong. Why you guys have this guy as a manager is beyond me. We have since then shopped elsewhere.

So much better than the one on Main and Greenfield. Safer, better customer service, higher quality groceries, seems like the store is larger. Don't have to wait half an hour in line for customer service

The new changes to the (now dominant) self checkout experience here are so terrible and poorly implemented you might as well shop at Walmart and save a few bucks. It's just as miserable at frys now too, good job. One or maybe two registers open with a line halfway down the aisles while every other person at self checkout waits for employee assistance. Terrible, I honestly feel bad for the employees because you can absolutely tell nobody is happy there in the front end anymore.

I came in to pick up some sushi for my late mother who was very sick. The only rolls available were the ones she could not eat. I asked the sushi chef if he could make something by request. He said they werent supposed to it was against protocol. When i told him it was for my sick dying mother who could hardly eat anything but raw fish and rice his expression changed and he made me exactly what I asked. That was the sort of compassion i needed that day. I got to feed her something she would eat that night , thanks to him.

I buy bone-in chicken thighs to cook for my GSD. When they go on sale here, they never ring up the sale price on the label. I have to get an override each time. This is either an intentional scam or a problem in their pricing system. Either way, it's a crooked way to do business!
