Worst experience I have ever had! Manager did not address my concerns, she was demeaning and treated me as a senior citizen as if I had an advanced case of dementia. I will never shop at this location again, not sure if I will ever shop at another Frys!

Stopped by and the lady at the self checkout was very helpful. Made sure I was able to use the digital coupons.

Standard large supermarket, Kroger style. Prices are pretty good even though the company has admitted to price gouging. The biggest change is the type of meat they sell. Where are the chuck roasts? Bottom roasts? Really? Oh well.

Purchased rotisserie chicken cooked by the staff. Everyone who ate it ended up with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea....kids had to miss school due to this incident. Also, just a side note my fur baby got sick and diarrhea. I don't recommend purchasing this product.

Yesterday I went in and there was one cashier, this store seems to be most popular with the elderly community too annd expects them to use the self check out lanes. The person in charge of checkout saw how frustrated and overwhelmed I was with my items getting flagged because the belt is sensitive. Instead of assisting me she was fanning herself with a paper and would just come swipe her card when it asked for store assistance from an attendant. Today I went to customer service because I accidentally left a bag behind yesterday and the customer service lady was rude and told me that a receipt on my app was not suffice and that I needed a paper receipt otherwise she couldn’t help me. I’ve been shopping at frys for over 20 years as a loyal customer and I felt so dismissed at this store. There is no customer service help anymore it’s really sad and they expect people to understand self checkout yet it’s so damn sensitive and takes so much longer to get out of there. These two people made it a bad experience for me where I do not even want to shop here anymore. It’s unfortunate.

Based on my 3rd and every visit? This is the WORST Kroger store I have known. Pricing is ALWAYS wrong. Registers are old, slow and ALWAYS need assistance for one of their RUDE and incompetent staff needs to assist. The store layout is horrid and makes for a difficult shop. I walked OUT the other day leaving an entire cart at the checkout. Lol. Never did that before. Anywhere. And I am never going back. Bashas which is nearby is my go to now. Get management to this place. Fire indignant rude staff especially the ones who do not shower for days. Customers dislike letting unhygienic people touch their food at checkout. Maybe hand out smiles in the morning too..to anyone who works here. Get new machines and new people.

It's a a Fry's Marketplace, so it's bigger than just a Fry's grocery store. It's clean, wide selection of products, great produce, the deli is good to they make hot fresh crunchy chicken everyday along with a lot of other things.

Isn't organized well. The customers don't care about other people trying to get around the store, too... other Frys stores are better organized and easier to move around.
