Still so sad to see the customer service even worse than my last review from last year. Here's another update on your great local fry's market after thinking about giving them another opportunity to take my money for groceries i would've gotten but there customer service obviously still sucks & has gotten worse than ever. Management if you want to call them managers have gotten worse with there attitudes. The other employees under the management team is following the management's lead & showing the same behavior. Im so glad im still choosing not to support such behavior & not giving them my money or business of any kind.

This is a very clean store which is most always stoked well. The employee's are very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite store to shop at. The pharmacy is also very kind and helpful too.

I like the store and the majority of the employees but there are a few I can do without, being disabled and not getting help at the self checkout, they just look at you ? I could go on but they don't care

One of the worst automatic checkouts I have experienced. The device locked up multiple times requiring assistance. The banking machine would not acknowledge our credit card pin. When we attempted to pay with cash it took the money but would not issue a receipt.

Stopped in to pick up some flowers this morning. The staff is fantastic. They helped me put together an arrangement. What they made looks great. They wouldn't accept a tip.

I was trying to check out through the self check out, and accidentally rang an onion up wrong. I canceled it, and the screen told me to wait for assistance. I waited 5 mins while the lady helped someone else. When she was done I went over and asked for help, and she said she was doing something and to wait. When she was done she proceeded to go up and help every single person that came into the self check out AFTER I had an issue and ASKED for help. And then does not even walk up to me. I can not continue until she helps me. I left and went to the normal cashier where they were very helpful. The lady was older, dark grey hair, she was wearing glasses, a green grinch shirt and black pants. I give her 0 stars.

Abysmal. The shelves are half bare, the people working there seem lost in space, it's old and worn out. Stores like this give Mesa a bad appearance. We aren't all crackheads and this is a Frys for crackheads. There is no management directing the checkouts at all so it's always a cluster especially at the extremely busy self checkout area.The only thing you'll miss by driving 5 mins to a nicer, cleaner location is Billy Corgan from the Smashing Pumpkins running the self checkouts.Drive to the next Frys. Thank me later.

This Frys is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I came in to make a return. They immediately called a manager over since it was not from that location. The manager Shannon came up and gave me attitude and aggression before I even spoke to her! She was obviously projecting her day into myself (which the clerk told me she may have been having a day day. Shannon was talking about the store being an unsafe place where a customer slipped and fell that morning from ice so obviously there are problems here on all levels in store). I pulled up the policy online and it does not say it has to be done at the original location. I asked her to please present her policy since they do not have it posted. She could not provide any proof and said call corporate questioning me as if I wasn’t ready with my receipt and original form of payment and my response why I was returning my items. She then proceeds to contradict her words and attempts to take my return. As they were taking them out of the bag, they were making my items dirty with black marks! I asked them to not destroy the product that they are insisting I take my the other store. She say the black was coming off, but it did not! I ended up going to the original store where they explained the policy to me correctly! Finding out Shannon was not being informative and truthful! I will never go back to this store! She was making a scene in front of other customers intentionally trying to make me uncomfortable. She also called to warn the other frys about me as if I was making a false return! My normal Frys is nothing but very nice people. I will call corporate and the store manager as she insisted! Because for being in customer service she definitely lacks it! Please train your employees to know how to communicate, be kind and control their stress and not take it out on their customers!
