I went to get feminine hygiene products that I desperately needed. After a day of heavy pain, I was finally able to get out of bed. I even had to be driven to the store. It was 9:45 when we pulled up to the store when an employee, outside talking to another employee goes to tell me that they are close. When google, and the store website says they close at 10. I stated I only needed tampons and medicine for cramps. He then looks me up and down, looks at my driver up and down, and says "Well. We're closed" and goes back to talking I sat there in the car for 5 minutes. And Before I could even leave the parking lot, I seen someone walk in and wasn't stopped. Was it because I'm an African American woman? Because the caucus male was allowed to go RIGHT past both employees, minimal motion was given to even stop him and he was allowed to go in. He wasn't an employee, because 2 minutes after that, the security guard for the store strolled up to the door returning a cart and making his way in pleasantly.

Loved getting Racially profiled by the front end manager - Gus. Went shopping with my boyfriend for dinner supplies. I am a 25 year old mixed African American and my boyfriend is mixed but darker skinned. We went through Jocelyns line and she was very short and gave a lot of attitude when I asked about the clipped coupons. "If it didn't take it off there I would've said something". Looked at the receipt and saw it wasn't taken off. So we went to Customer service and they got it fixed for us. Then we got a text saying we needed a clove of garlic so we went to grab that. Went thru the self checkout and after the manager Gus- followed us from the self checkout all the way to the exit doors. When we got there he rudely asked us if we have paid for all the items that we had in our cart. As we have BOTH receipts in our hands. Gus had ABSOLUTLEY no reason to follow us out of the store other than our appearance absolutely Ridiculous. Coming from someone who's family has literally worked in grocery retail my entire life.

I've been going to this location since it opened. For 3 years, I've watched this store deteriorate in every aspect. The pharmacy is a complete change,I've never seen such incompetence. The store is out of many products and dirty. I've watched great employees turn to grumpy and not caring people or just quit. I have to believe that this is a major management issue that is not going to be resolved. I will be changing pharmacies and probably regular shopping.

WROST PHARMACY EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!!! For one, they NEVER answer the phone. I have called multiple times on multiple different occasions and have never had anyone pick up for over 20 min before I finally just hang up. Second, it will take them DAYS to fill your prescription. I have an very very important med that I cannot miss any days of, made sure to get it filled the day before I tan out, went in person to make sure they were filling it, then came back later that day and they said they were still not done and I still couldn't pick it up for another DAY!!? After I told them how important this med was and after going in multiple times in advance they still can't get anything done. This happens every time with my meds and my bfs meds. There's always a huge line, and the staff does not care how late they are. We are switching pharmacies. Don't waste you're time here.

My car wasn't working so I rode the light rail to Fry's Food and Drug on Alma School and Main. I was in a hurry but knew exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well lit. I grabbed the items I needed and went to self check out. The line was short so I was able to check myself out in a matter of minutes. I bagged my groceries and was back on the light rail in no time.

The pharmacy at this location does not answer their phone, at all, NEVER.They told our family they are TOO BUSY and another pharmacy confirmed this to be true.It was a literal headache to get in contact with the pharmacy when mmt Mom's hospital unfortunately sent a digital prescription to this Fry's pharmacy. It was 40 minutes away from her residence & she's currently bedridden.The hospital suggested to call Fry's pharmacy and gave the Rx transferred to a nearby pharmacy, yet after HOURS of attempting to reach them we opted to go in person. It's very disappointing to know they won't answer their phone. I'm sorry they are understaffed, yet, ignoring ALL calls is really poor customer service.

They did pay for the damage to my vehicle but it took a lot of footwork and negotiation but the damage was far greater than what I was given and I did all their work for them

OMG the pharmacy here is horribly slow. Using the pandemic as a reason for understaffing doesn't fly anymore. This is not a new problem or a one off it is a worsening pattern. I've been waiting 2 weeks to have a script filled that I've been out of for now a week and they haven't even started filling it and it's not a new fancy med or having a shortage - it's all my meds. At this point I'm just trying to cancel my prescription. I've been in the line already for 20 minutes, just so I can have another pharmacy that can have it done in an hour work on it.

You seriously need a receipt to use the bathroom? My little girl needed to use the bathroom mid shopping, we run to the entrance just to find out we can only use the bathroom if we show a receipt of purchase. Oh im sorry let me tell my kid to hold it while i check out just so you can make sure im a customer.Unbelievable guys.

Had a great customer service experience with Vanessa and Chuck. Both were so very kind and helpful. I will be coming back to this Fry's location.

Mikhail is a moron. Store is mostly clean.They always run out of shopping carts inside the store so I have to track one down in the parking lot. Use the Fry's mobile app to add discounts on products you buy to save money! There are plenty of registers but they only keep one open so that you will use self checkout- very scummy.

Constant Covid scare messages on intercom and imposed throughout store. High prices although a large selection of products.

If customer service had a -10, that would be my rating, here. Besides the fact that the store is constantly "out of stock" or entirely unkept. The employee at the register drops the bottle of alcohol from my purchase and breaks it. It happens to be the LAST of that selection. I tried soooo hard to work out a solution for this (which was entirely not my error) and figured they'd make things right because customer service is important- soooo wrong! I simply asked for a different brand in the same size of the same spirit. Even offered to pay the difference in price (though I shouldn't have to for what was in their hands & failed). They told me my only option was to replace it with a FLAVORED version of the same brand. This was for a special occasion & flavored is not acceptable. I explained (politely) I needed the regular, plain spirit in that specific capacity- totally ignored. I simply asked to pay the difference for a different brand. They refused. And even better- did NOT refund me for the bottle I paid for that the employee broke while taking the anti-theft device off! Their own employee was the reason the bottle I purchased was broken before it was even placed in a bag. They refused to replace it with a different brand. And to top it off, I still was charged for product I didn't receive! The "manager" dismissed everything & then refused to answer the phone when I called to inquire about being refunded. So, they basically stole from me, went back on their customer satisfaction guarantee & now refuse to acknowledge any bit of it. I now understand why this location is always deserted & looking so gross inside- it's a total hole & the staff are seriously the worst in the business. Never again. Fry's needs to do a serious overhaul here & get some legitimate management/employees. I wouldn't spent a dime to get a bottle of water here, desperate in the desert heat after this horrible experience.
