Fry’s is my go-to grocery store. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and organized, which makes shopping easy. I really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially at checkout. Their weekly deals and rewards program are also a big plus. Overall, a great place to shop!

The tall guy with a light complexion and usually wears a black hat, rang up his colleague for items she didn't buy. He rang her for donut when she purchased a green tea. Maybe they should pay attention to customers and not getting a deals on drinks...the mans should also learn to LISTEN and not cut customers off when they give insurance information.
They've had me waste 3 trips and now waiting 20+minutes because these two wanted to act like they ran my insurance. The guy was busy trying to be cool with 24yr olds the first time so he didn't get the right info, he said he'd call did to the circumstances and didn't. When we called, he said no insurance was there, ALL to find out they never ran out right and now today he's struggling and is cursing out loud in frustration. This is a joke, these meds arent just got a cough, it's a matter of LIFE.... I'll never fill here again

Le and William had exactly what I needed and had it to me so much quicker than I expected. They also made the effort to make sure my information was correct. Will definitely be coming back here for future prescription needs!

Build something else instead of this frys. Understaffed, feels very dark like a dungeon, not welcoming at all, not pleasant to be in. Set to have a neighborhood store like this.

Horrible customer service showed up early with a tooth infection was told my medication would be ready by 12pm showed up on my lunch break and she didn't start making my medication till I got there

I would give them no stars if I could. This pharmacy rarely answers the phone and they go out of their way to get your prescriptions cancelled. I was just on hold for 52 minutes and finally hung up.

On hold for one hour and 20 minutes. Then they hung up on me. Li's the worst so-called pharmacist. Lou escaped this cluster to The Hills. We miss him.

It was not a good experience. Antisocial levels of customer service. Guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Then the lady I picked up my prescription from was rude and unprofessional as well. Unbelievable

Make sure you never go to this pharmacy. The people are very rude. Don’t want to do their job and for some reason the medicine is never done when they say it’s done they give you false dates to pick up medication and if they get mad at you they lie and say it’s gonna be tomorrow.

I tried for a day and a half to call Fry's to find out if my prescription was ready and it was fruitless. To only reply I received, was an automated message that would not connect me with anyone or anything else. I could not speak to customer service, any office, any dept., not even the gasoline kiosk. It did "connect" me to the prescription dept. once, which was a phone that rang and rang with no reply. Every other time it just sent me back to the automated kiosk again and again. I will be getting my prescriptions from Safeway from here on. It's sad, Fry's used to be so efficient in the past, before the automated machine.

I've been going to this location since it opened. For 3 years, I've watched this store deteriorate in every aspect. The pharmacy is a complete change,I've never seen such incompetence. The store is out of many products and dirty. I've watched great employees turn to grumpy and not caring people or just quit. I have to believe that this is a major management issue that is not going to be resolved. I will be changing pharmacies and probably regular shopping.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!Please please please do not and I repeat DO NOT come to this pharmacy, or have ANY medication sent here.The employee (Annette) CLEARLY does not like her job/career she picked for herself.A pharmacy isn't just open for wants it's definitely necessities.Management , do better! Find people who like their job.. people depend on you all for their medication to move forward in life everyday.Once a loyal customer until I had to switch to CVS. Which I highly recommend you all visit.
