It was not a good experience. Antisocial levels of customer service. Guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Then the lady I picked up my prescription from was rude and unprofessional as well. Unbelievable

Make sure you never go to this pharmacy. The people are very rude. Don’t want to do their job and for some reason the medicine is never done when they say it’s done they give you false dates to pick up medication and if they get mad at you they lie and say it’s gonna be tomorrow.

I tried for a day and a half to call Fry's to find out if my prescription was ready and it was fruitless. To only reply I received, was an automated message that would not connect me with anyone or anything else. I could not speak to customer service, any office, any dept., not even the gasoline kiosk. It did "connect" me to the prescription dept. once, which was a phone that rang and rang with no reply. Every other time it just sent me back to the automated kiosk again and again. I will be getting my prescriptions from Safeway from here on. It's sad, Fry's used to be so efficient in the past, before the automated machine.

I've been going to this location since it opened. For 3 years, I've watched this store deteriorate in every aspect. The pharmacy is a complete change,I've never seen such incompetence. The store is out of many products and dirty. I've watched great employees turn to grumpy and not caring people or just quit. I have to believe that this is a major management issue that is not going to be resolved. I will be changing pharmacies and probably regular shopping.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE!Please please please do not and I repeat DO NOT come to this pharmacy, or have ANY medication sent here. The employee (Annette) CLEARLY does not like her job/career she picked for herself.A pharmacy isn't just open for wants it's definitely necessities.Management , do better! Find people who like their job.. people depend on you all for their medication to move forward in life everyday.Once a loyal customer until I had to switch to CVS. Which I highly recommend you all visit.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY. If I can rate this pharmacy ZERO stars I totally will do it. Annette does not know how to do her job whatsoever. First incident I go in with a really bad earache in pain and also with my 3 crazy children. Give her my information and she tells me my medicine is not ready and she is not able to tell me when it will be ready. But I will receive a text. 2 days later passes by still no text, I go in to see Annette in person cause it seems it’s Annette , le , and another woman working there full time and then I tell her my info once again hoping to get my medicine because this earache is not doing any better. And she tells me my 2 out of 3 of them are ready. She again doesn’t know when the third one will be ready. A WHOLE WEEK LATER I RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING MY MEDICINE IS READY. So upsetting. On Monday 7/31 I go into the pharmacy line and she’s telling me I need to get into the line that’s back to the isle. I told her ok , go ahead and continue with the person you’re working with she then shouts to LE ‘’ I’m not dealing with this little girl , come deal with her ‘’. Thank you le for helping me out! However I’m switching to CVS so much more nice. And it’s sucks cause FRYS AND THE REST OF THEIR EMPLOYESS ARE AWESOME ? -⭐️

I had a c-section and my prescription was ordered there because it's closest to my house. I kept going there in person with the incision for a whole week until it was finally ready. It was the simplest thing, some ibuprofen and tylenol. I don't know what took so long.Coming to today, my doctor prescribed some antibiotics there last Thursday. I was waiting for them to call me when the prescription is ready like Walgreens do, but nothing. I went there Saturday and they told me that it was going to be ready Sunday. I went back Sunday and the clerk (same lady) told me that I came Sunday that everything is closed and she cannot call the doctor to see if she can give me the generic because she doesn't have the specific brand. I flipped out and told her that it was ordered on Thursday. She was making a bunch of excuses and she was like what can I do to help, and I'm like if you don't have it, why don't you call me to let me know? It's Sunday and you still don't know when and if you will have it. It's not that hard to think. She said that Walgreens is a different company and that they can't afford to have the same customer service...like using a phone is a luxury???? If you can't afford to keep a pharmacy running, don't...just stop fooling people that their lives depend on their medicine. It's a shame to her that doesn't understand the importance of her job and the company that doesn't take it seriously and do something about it. Never again!

Simply, do not make this your pharmacy for any prescription medicines. Between my wife, her mother, and I, I have had medicine sent by my doctor the earliest than the 3 of us. I have patiently waited for weeks checking the Frys App for my prescription to be ready. After a MONTH, I go inside to check, and IT ISN'T READY!!The clerk at the desk kept repeating that I myself ordered it too late, that it would not be ready anytime soon. Then I asked about my Wife's medicines, which have been waiting for a longer time to be ready. They were not ready to be received either! Nor my Mother in Law's medicines, whose medicine was ordered beyond that. We're talking multiple months behind on prescription filling. We have tried calling for status updates, but they must have their phone disconnected because no one knows how to bend an arm for the phone.Use this pharmacy for over the counter, but if you need prescription or anything from a doctor, go elsewhere. This was my closest pharmacy, and I will now be going farther for my medicine

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Our experience with them has been terrible. My mother had a stroke and had 6 medications to be filled. They were sent to the pharmacy on April 20th. We never received any notification of this and had assumed the medications had not been sent by the doctor. My mother tried to call the pharmacy for 3 days and no one answered the phone. Finally spoke to someone today and they said it would be another week to fill the scripts. Nothing special, vitamin D3 and some high blood pressure meds and it is going to take 3 WEEKS TO FILL! Even if this was a simple refill most people do not ask to refill their pill 3 weeks in advance so you would surely run out.

WROST PHARMACY EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!!! For one, they NEVER answer the phone. I have called multiple times on multiple different occasions and have never had anyone pick up for over 20 min before I finally just hang up. Second, it will take them DAYS to fill your prescription. I have an very very important med that I cannot miss any days of, made sure to get it filled the day before I tan out, went in person to make sure they were filling it, then came back later that day and they said they were still not done and I still couldn't pick it up for another DAY!!? After I told them how important this med was and after going in multiple times in advance they still can't get anything done. This happens every time with my meds and my bfs meds. There's always a huge line, and the staff does not care how late they are. We are switching pharmacies. Don't waste you're time here.

My car wasn't working so I rode the light rail to Fry's Food and Drug on Alma School and Main. I was in a hurry but knew exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well lit. I grabbed the items I needed and went to self check out. The line was short so I was able to check myself out in a matter of minutes. I bagged my groceries and was back on the light rail in no time.

Go to another pharmacy. I was told last time that i refilled my prescriptions that they were short staffed, and they have been late on my refills 3 times now.
