The staff at this pharmacy are all really nice when you deal with them directly, but the operations leave a lot to be desired. Their phone-automated service is a joke, and constantly orders refills that I don't want, doesn't understand things, and is just all around infuriating. Not to mention when I've asked to have any of my old, no longer valid prescriptions removed so I don't have to go through the whole list each time, they were absolutely unable to help me and uninterested.I've had to order a lot of pre-auth meds, and every time I do, without fail I don't get the meds. I have other meds that I consistently pick up, and even when I go to get those (expecting to also get the new meds), no one says anything about it not being approved or the next steps. So then I get to go home to find that out and deal with the awful answering service. They also won't let you know if a med WAS approved but it needed to be ordered, and then when they tell you when it's expected to come in, that's never an accurate date... Ultimately I have to switch my medications from that location because it's so unreliable and I need these meds on time and when I order them.

Jayden is so wonderful, he deserves a raise. He helped me fill an emergency script when the Fry's I usually go to lied about having my prescription ready. Will be coming here from now on.

Bad place! Just keeps going down hill, In on the 30th of November. In the day before and doctor sent updated prescriptions almost a week before and resent again. Great trouble finding them and very little desire to look. Always my fault or the doctors office. But with enough urging they found it right there in there computer. Both my wife and I took a great bunch of nasty attitude, great deal of lack of respect and bad service. This from four different people over four days. Two clerks and two pharmacists. Don't believe the health risk of going without the drugs is greater than what it takes to get them. Been going to Kroger stores for a long time for our drugs. But no more, we're done. Going somewhere else next time.

Well my surgery center screwed up and sent my script to this pharmacy and since it was a narcotic the pharaoh could not send it to the correct location. Any how this pharmacy is a complete nightmare. I called them at 3:30 and explained I had surgery today and I would need to pick up my script before they closed. The gentleman told me it would be ready and not to worry. I told him I lived in north gilbert and would be there after 5 he said no problem it would be ready. Well my boyfriend arrived at 6 to pick up for me and was told it wasn’t ready. There would be an hour wait. He went back at 7:30 and it was still not ready. He had to sit there and wait on them. Mean awhile I’m just at home in pain. Good grief get it together people . I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs plus it’s in the ghetto!!

After waiting in line for 45 minutes (which is okay because they were understaffed and there were 8 people in front of me) the pharmacist told me they don’t carry the prescription and to purchase it from one of the aisles. I told him we just picked up the same prescription last month he went to the back, laughed with the other pharmacist and suddenly had it. People have prescriptions through insurance for a reason!!! Very rude and unprofessional.

This location used to be my go to... I understand that things have been not so ideal since the pandemic but this pharmacy can't seem to pull it together. I've moved to the one on gilbert and baseline. Way faster there and they seem to have your order done way quicker. Unfortunately recently I got sick and my wife asked me to fill the prescriptions at this location because it's closer to our house. They've had a script for an inhaler that was supposed to be filled 2 days ago and they said they are working on it and it can PROBABLY be done by this afternoon. Unacceptable... if you guys can't staff just close down this location and send help to neighboring frys

Busiest pharmacy in the east valley. I feel for the staff. They are inundated and always behind.

Things are getting a little better, store wise. I just need pharmacy to be more patient. I had metformin ready on the pharmacy department since September 18th 2022.I have 0 legal guardians.I've had the text that it's ready a long time and the techs always say is not ready. There are 0 insurance issues. I've filed a dispute with my insurance. They said it's a technical issue with the pharmacy.Better but I will not choose this place for Medication.I've seen too many innocent people, myself included, get ripped off.

Pharmacy is horrible. They are rude and when you call in your scripts they are never ready! This has happened to many times. I'll never come to this pharmacy again

Vanessa has horrible customer service "skills" she was condescending and rude to my father when he was picking up. Apparently asking a question about the pin pad is off limits. It's obvious they're understaffed and I'm betting the employees would be happier if corporate would authorize more hires ?♂️. Hang in there team?

The Pharmacy is inadequate. I stopped by on a Friday to fill a simple prescription for Omeprazole and was told it would not be filled until Sunday or Monday. The person said they were too busy. I went to CVS and it was done in an hour!

We'll I didn't have alot of good to say about this pharmacy, BUT. Looking at all the negative reviews about filling a prescription, answering a phone, attitudes from the employees.I'm as tired as alot of people hearing covid this , covid that. Well it is !! These guys are very short handed, and like other business being short handed. It's not going away soon. These guys need to hear a cheerful voice, a joke, or as simple as ... thank you !! There so busy trying there best to fill meds that it's hard for them to answer the phone right away. These guys need OUR help with being understanding with what there dealing with. Especially having to work under the pharmacy manager, kinda short, blond hair . Yeah I'd quit to.The Holliday's are hear , a kind word goes a long way.

Staff is very friendly and helpful IF you can get to speak with them. Just got done waiting for over an hour on the phone and nobody picked up, not even to say "please hold" or anything. Just ringing for over an hour. And the lines in this place sometimes reach 10-15 people long. It's sad because I really don't think it's the pharmacists' fault, they're just extremely understaffed. But at the same time, it's not too hard to pick up a phone and say "please hold". Great service when you're talking to one but getting to that point is like pulling teeth, even when they're on relatively off hours. As an update, I just went in to check on my prescription after being on hold for another hour. I immediately saw a sign that said "due to extreme and extended worker shortages, all prescriptions will take a minimum of FIVE DAYS", even though I was told over the phone two days prior that my prescription would be ready today.I walked up to the counter with my phone still dialing their phone line and asked if they are having issues with their phone line. The woman immediately asked "what that ringing noise was" so I explained it was my phone dialing their phone line as I had been for over 2 hours today. She confirmed that the number I was calling was correct but then pretended like it was the card reader somehow making that noise for the next 30 seconds to avoid having to admit any fault. She then had to have someone else show her how to use a keyboard. I didn't even ask about my prescription, just had her cancel it (and who knows if that even worked).I've seen better work ethic from travelling carnivals. I highly suggest anyone thinking about going here to go to the Walgreen's across the street if their insurance allows; I went there for years and received infinitely better service than here. I'm within walking distance of this location but I will gladly now be driving several miles to a Costco pharmacy to avoid dealing with this again. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Here's a photo of their line backed up into the aisles (about 10-15 people long). It's not an uncommon sight when I do my shopping there.
