drive-through window is horrible.. Went to pick up Two prescriptions today, and you can barely hear the Lady working the window and when I explained to her that I could barely hear her, she looked at me like she really didn't care . It's not her fault The window speaker isn't working, but the attitude behind it was not necessary. Pharmacist came over was very pleasant. Seems like she knew that the speaker was not that great and went out of her way to speak a little louder..

Been sitting in the drive up for 40 minutes as the counter person helps everyone else that came up after I was already sitting and has not acknowledged me at all.

Poor service. I had to pick up my prescription here at Frys Pharmacy in Baseline and Gilbert but they say it will take 2 1/2 hrs for them to get my meds ready. In time, I really need my meds as soon as possible because of pain. So I ask the doctor to send my prescription to Walgreens instead, it only took 20 minutes to get my meds ready.

This fry’s has been short staffed like the rest of American’s heath industry for years.They are doing the best they can and still give great customer service. Multiple people here have helped be tracked and call the doctor’s office.Yaya (sp?) is always super positive up beat. She greeted me by name, and as I was leaving called to another customer that their order was now ready. Reading these reviews about bad customer service; I honestly don’t know how they could provide better customer.

the employees here are always so helpful and nice. they always greet you and say goodbye. today the maintenance man/janitor let me use the mens restroom while he was in the process of cleaning the women's (was so nice and accommodating). he even put a safety bar across the door so nobody would come in! i always love to shop at this location

Bought a Mastercard $500.00 gift card. For my husband's birthday. Could not get it to work. Called and they said to FAX copy of photo id, front and back of gift card and copy of recite. Or go to their website and send info. Their website does not work because their is no way to send info. Then they might approve the card in 3-5 days. I faxed it last week. Has not been approved yet. Do not by gift cards from Frys.

This used to be a very nice Frys. Now they have no butcher, no fresh meat or fish and isn't as clean as others. Redo the place or close.

Don't get your prescriptions here. Go elsewhere. Their automated system means nothing, it will tell you your medication should be ready to pick up and you'll go and they won't have it ready.Just today I went to pick up some time sensitive medication that I need to take and need to have and the system said it was supposed to be ready for pickup. But when I get there they tell me they don't have that medication and will need to order it in.I'm going on a trip. I don't have time to wait for them to order it in. It was supposed to be ready, their system said it would be ready.Then when this happens to you they won't help you find an alternative location. They'll tell you to call around yourself.

So rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They are condescending and don’t seem to know what they are doing. One pharmacist says one thing and the other says something else. They are not willing to try to help you fill your meds when they are out and will also not provide you with any solutions on how to get your meds. Don’t come here if you wanted to be treated with respect or any decency. Worst service I have ever received at any pharmacy in my life.

I use their curbside service about once a week and could not have had more pleasant experiences. They are always quick, convenient and credibly friendly!

The customer service is awful. Since my insurance has limited the Pharmacys I can go to to get my prescriptions filled Frys Pharmacy customer service has went down hill fast. They are horrible.

Visited my doctor yesterday and had my medication sent in to be filled today, and it was! First time using this pharmacy. Called to confirm they had received it yesterday and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful, likewise for the staff I interacted with in store.

Worst service this morning, full cart of groceries and they wanted me go thru self check out. Got the manager and she was agh erg at me finally got a cashier but no bagger.I'm done with Frys been going to Safeway they're closer.

The service is just as bad as the Fry’s pharmacy on Main St/Alma School Rd. At least the actual store is in better shape than Main Str.
