I’m giving this place a 1 star till things change, as a business owner etc they need to step it up. I am an understanding person but the people that work here are unorganized and have no idea what they are doing. Prescriptions don’t get filled on time etc… this is not okay when people need their medication on time. My husband and myself have both had problems. I will change this review once I see changes.

I have never felt so ignored at a pharmacy. There were three people working the pharmacist was busy assisting people at the drive-thru one person was sweeping the same spot of the floor for about 15 minutes and another person kept working on the garbage and did not even acknowledge that I had been standing in line for over 15 minutes. Customer service is not their top priority here. I'm going to work on trying to find another Pharmacy

FRYS IS BREAKING THE LAW!! ADA REQUIRES ALL PEOPLE, REGARDLESS OF DISABILITY TO BE TREATED EQUAL! FRYS IS REQUIRING HANDICAPPED PEOPLE TO EXCHANGE THEIR CAR KEYS OR LICENSE FOR USE OF A MOBILITY CART!!!
THIS IS WRONG!!! NON HANDICAPPED PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS TO USE A CART!
CANCEL THIS POLICY OR CANCEL SHOPPING AT FRY'S!!!

I usually have a great experience here but... the last few times I have came to get my prescription there closed 10-15 min before there posted closed time! Don't post a time if your just going to pick and choose when to be open this is very inconvenient

Trash they won't call you to tell you if it goes through or doesn't they also wanted to give me 5 out of 120 pills because they think I'm new to pain management. I've been in pain management longer then the workers there you are terrible

Every time I have to place a call into the pharmacy every single staff member is more than caring and kind. No matter how busy they are, they seem to have my medication ready before the estimated time given. And they always make sure to ask if I need anything else at the end of a call, making sure I don't forget anything! I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone where each and every pharmacist as well as pharmacist technicians go out of their way to treat you with respect and courtesy. ☺️

Seriously the most inept group of people work in this pharmacy. There are too many other pharmacy choices in the area..AVOID this one as if your life depends on it.

The layout and displays are well kept. The staff is extremely helpful from the baristas at the Starbucks stand to those restocking, even those fulfilling online orders! I would like to thank Logan and Quaran (sorry if I misspelled) for being so wonderful in customer service, but in their humor. It's people like those that make my trip to Frys less like a chore and a bit more pleasant. Also, to Fry's management- Quaran (again sorry for a spelling error) and Logan not only met the standard, but exceeded it. Make sure to give them kudos when you stop by.

I waited 25 minutes at the deli to get some turkey! There was only one lady working the counter, bless her heart, I feel so bad for her, I got very frustrated with the wait time and while I wasn't expressively mean to her, I wasn't nice either. I could see a guy in the back slowly washing dishes and kept wondering why he wasn't helping her! I kept seeing people approach the deli, wait a bit, and leave after realizing they wouldn't get helped for 20+ minutes. I was doing an instacart grocery order so I couldn't just leave without the turkey, the wait caused me to go over my time limit for my shopping order. When I went to self checkout I asked the store attendant there if she could send someone over to help the lady at the deli and was told that the manager only has one person working the deli at a time. She also told me that the guy that I saw working super slow and ignoring all of the customers was the cook, and that he refuses to help out with the customers. Every other Fry's that I've gone to has had AT LEAST 2 people working the deli, if not more. I hope the manager sees this review and realizes that better service = more customers! Saving money by having less employees is going to hurt your business in the long run. I will not be accepting any instacart orders for this location because my rating and tip is on the line! And if the lady that was working at the deli (middle aged Asian woman) sees this, I apologize for my misguided anger, you were trying your best and it wasn't your fault.

Stopped by for fuel this visit, and liked that it was $.10 cheaper than the Circle K on the corner. The few times I've stopped previously, the store has been clean and well stocked. Love that you can get groceries and fuel at the same place.
