Sign says 99 cents get to register put in loyalty number. Doesn't work rings up at 2.99. Need your phone to look it up and it didn't connect with the number. Do you want to shop at a store like this? I'm not going back. There are other options. I would rate a zero but not able

The manager Anna gave great customer service and had a wonderful attitude. It's nice to see some humans who haven't forgotten how to be human. Thank you Anna ?

The automated system when pharmacy is closed to be able to refill a prescription is the worst experience on the planet. Your automated system is horrible and should be revamped. It is the worst thing I have ever come across in the world today and I would like to publicly let this place know to please fix it thank you

They are really friendly, but they can be extremely busy at times and it can take a day to get your refills.

The lady pharmacist here is rude to people. An older man in front of me needed his test strips and she told him she's too busy to try to find another Fry's that has it. I"m a pharmacist and can't imagine telling a patient let alone elderly man that I can't just look in our internal inventory and find test strips. She did it again with another lady in front of me another time. The pharmacist was annoyed the lady grabbed her bag confused her RX wasn't in there bc she had to counsel so the lady pharmacist had to lecture her that it's the law to counsel in a condescending manner.. eyeroll....Yes it's the law to counsel but the lady was just confused...she wasn't trying to take her bag without counsel. Maybe the tech. wasn't clear that he set aside the RX to counsel? She is just so quick to jump all over the patients. She spends a lot of her time explaining to people just how busy they are as reasons they can't do their job instead of spending less time lecturing so she can try to do her job better. Also I had an ointment that they needed to order and 6 days went by. When I called about it the technician said oh I don't know...maybe we gave it to someone else. Then she tried ordering it and was finally ready like 2 more days later. This pharmacy has become terrible and they need a new pharmacist ASAP that actually cares about patients. I also told the lady pharmacist that I needed a big note put in the system bc same error keeps happening and she told me she can but I should just ask when I come in instead. Well....if my husband picks up the RX he won't be able to get it fixed and it will become a thing....so just put the note!! We put noted flags all the time and are able to follow them. It's not a big deal. She just seems always argumentative and could care less about patients.

Hours say 11 but closed at 10. Very irritating when companies dont update their websites. UPDATE YOUR HOURS!

I've been waiting for someone to pick up the phone, to even put me on hold, for 20 mins!I called in my script yesterday and it still shows that they have not even accepted it.. it's not a medication you can just stop.. and that's exactly what's happening. They are good when they're good.. bad most of the time. Obviously patient care is not at the forefront of their minds.

I really don’t like doing this, but I feel that something needs to be said: This pharmacy has the wrong priorities - their primary priority, as told by the pharmacist, is COVID. COVID has consumed many of our lives, BUT a pharmacy dispenses medication, this is the primary purpose, simply by definition. My wife takes a maintenance medication that has multiple dose forms. With this medication there has been an ongoing problem with her receiving the incorrect dose form, this has been addressed and corrected many times (at this pharmacy as well). I am a pharmacist, and have been for 43 years, with extensive retail, managerial & supervisory experience. I am also very familiar with this medication when dispensing it - errors can be common, therefore, care must be taken when dispensing it.Recently my wife picked up her medication from this pharmacy, and after returning home noticed that, again, the wrong dose form was given to her. She called the pharmacist and was told that it was filled as written (fax) with the ER (extended release) dose form. She was also told by the pharmacist that the focus of this pharmacy has primarily been on COVID vaccinations. My wife has always & only received the DR (delayed release) dose form of this medication. So, yes it was filled as written, but still not correct. The pharmacist also told my wife that she would have to notify her prescriber and that no refund or exchange of the medication will be given - it’s the prescribers “fault”. So far we have heard two excuses from this person as to why this medication was filled incorrectly, none of which falls on the filling pharmacist. As a health professional, I can’t imagine telling someone this! So, this is when I got on the phone. This pharmacist is wrong - during the process of filling a prescription there are many “built in stops” that are supposed to help prevent errors, such as this. An alert would have been given as to “duplicate therapy” - “the patient is receiving the same medication but different dose form”. If the profile had been checked, based on this “stop”, it would have been noticed that this patient has only received the DR and that the ER is being processed - an instant red flag should have gone off with the pharmacist - call the prescriber and confirm what was sent over is correct. This red flag would have been intensified by the fact that the ER is given EVERY 24 HOURS, and that this incorrect prescription written for ER is being dose every 12 HOURS, as was written - based on that alone I would have called the prescriber. The DR is prescribed for EVERY 12 HOUR dosing. There are two oversights by the pharmacist here, of which she said “This is the prescribers problem and you will have to take it up with her” and that “COVID patients take priority (not patients receiving regular maintenance meds). In my experience, as a pharmacist (or with anything), I learn from my mistakes, if you can’t admit that maybe you are part of an error, or at the least, in a position to correct/prevent an error, then you will continue to make the same mistake, over and over.I do not feel comfortable - or safe - to continue to get any prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. I ask myself: "Is this the prevailing attitude of this pharmacy alone…...or the company as a whole….???!! Most likely both."

Went online and made an appointment for a flu shot filled in all the information. Arrived 15 minutes early. A couple walked in after me, I had not been able to talk to anyone because they told me to wait. The couple wanted a flu shot, 10 minutes later they had their paperwork filled out. And we're taking directly back to the flu shot. Now it's past my appointment time. I asked them pharmacy manager about it I said what good are appointments if people can walk in and go ahead of you. She explained that they don't always honor appointment times it depends on how busy they are. Now 20 minutes later I get in for my appointment. Don't bother with appointments, actually don't bother with Fry's pharmacy I've never had luck with them

I've finally had enough! Last day of the add, out of stock on Fresca and they refused to issue me a rain check. An advertised item! This store has out of stocks all over the store. When you ask them for an item, their response is always, "we're waiting for the truck". Ok, what about the last truck? On a holiday, this store is damn near empty. Worst recovery I've ever seen. Hello Safeway!

We're new to the neighborhood, so this is now our go to grocery store. They have the same good quality and customer service as any Frys.

No enforcement of masks at all. And this is a grocery store with food. A place you'd expect to want to enforce masks.
