Customer service is terrible from both ladies working. No greeting when I walked in, just an 'I will be right with you'. No one else was in the store. The Return Policy is understandable, but how about explaining without an attitude. Communication was horrible and aggressive. I recommend a different location. Better service received at the Market street location.

The store refused to return an opened product one day after purchase and also brought the receipt. The claim is that they do not take back cards - the store clerk confirmed on exit that we could return them. The receipt does call out that trading cards are non-returnable. Also, right before that, it does say unopened new products are returnable.

The dude at the counter was rude, he was laughing and acting like I have no idea about video games or the consoles, he was completely nice to the guy in front of me so I don't know if he's just sexist or what but I'm pissed.
