They were able to turn an old pair of my grandma's clip earrings into post earrings. This was something for my mom and even though the earrings weren't very expensive they mean a lot to us. Other jewelry repair shops couldn't do it, but Gem and Bead Mall did an amazing job and for a very affordable price!!

The selection is amazing, So many beautiful beads ands findings. I bought sterling findings that were very reasonably prices. Got a ton of help from one of the staff. She made me feel right at home. What a great store.
