Had them come out to fix my AC. Was a bad fan motor. They got to me quickly and working great again. Then hired them to coat the roof of my trailer and again, they did a great job. Everyone o spoke to was pleasant and professional. Recommend them!

They helped us order a part to get our ac working again even though their shop burned down. Were very friendly and helpful!

Old School Old School. Showed up for A/C service call appointment Monday, the day after their shop burned down. When asked about it Gene said "Things Happen. Now about that A/C repair." Got right to work. Customers take priority even with their disaster. Prior to that this business went the extra mile to become an Arctic Fox dealer so they could get parts to fix my Arctic Fox RV.

I will never bring my camper back to Gene's RV repair again. I dropped my trailer of on a Thursday and Mike told me he would be calling me on Friday after he looked at everything to give me an estimate. I did not receive a call from anyone from Gene's on Friday. When I called on Monday morning the work still had not been completed. When I finally got my camper back on Tuesday the work was not complete. I had to purchase and install an adapter on my own to get my solar panels to work. This is unprofessional and I will never go back to Gene's.

They came to fix my sewage system and he spent a couple hours and said he can't fix it and charged me $228. What a waste of money.. thanks

They came out when they said they were going to, they called when they couldn't make it, they took care of the problem and Within $50 of the price they quoted! In today's times, they're top of the line, they're the best. The first company I called, never even showed up and wouldn't answer their phone, unbelievable, these guys are great.

We always use Gene's when we are in Arizona. A/C's, Slide-out issues, Plumbing, and Electrical. Knowledgeable, well trained, honest and courteous family owned business. I would not hesitate to call them with any RV issue. We really appreciate the mobile service they provide.

I will never bring my RV back to Gene's RV repair again. I dropped my trailer of on a Thursday and Mike(Installer & part owner) told me he would be calling me on Friday after he looked at everything to give me an estimate. I did not receive a call from anyone from Gene's for 3 days until the following Monday morning. The job was not completed as promised when I picked up my trailer Monday afternoon, I had to order an adapter part and install it on my own. It gets even worse, when I dropped off my trailer I had my mountain bike on a rack on the back of my travel trailer locked which I made them aware off. During the time that they had my trailer they backed into something causing the handlebars of my mountain bike to make a hole the size of a silver dollar in my trailer and damage the forks of my $4000 mountain bike as well. I did not discover this until I got back to my RV site. I contacted Mike immediately and sent him photos of the damage that night. His response was as follows "If you are expecting us to take responsibility and pay for the repair, there's not much I'm going to be able to do for you. Damage claims need to be addressed at time of pick up." Once again I will never bring my RV to them again and if you are reading this, I suggest you never bring your RV to them either.

Brad came by to check a problem with our water heater. He arrived promptly at the time agreed. He was very knowledgeable and had it running in no time. We will use Gene's RV again if needed.
