I am a new move in and I could not be any more pleased!!!! The staff is wonderful the maintenance is on point and the place is just a very homey and quiet community. My dog Sam is welcomed and my place is cute and quaint. I had a few things that needed to be fixed but they were fixed asap with no problems at all. Both Jamie and Monteca were very pleasant in the office and with my entire process. This is a fresh start for me and I am so pleased I chose Gentry's Walk. WOW.

Gentry’s Walk has been very accommodating and helpful. Any time we put in a maintenance request they come out to fix it ASAP. Montica at the office is fantastic and really bubbly and happy and that helps create a warm environment.

I lived here for 7 years and love it here. Management is amazing, and the maintenance crew are Rockstars. I have never had to wait longer than a day to have anything fixed. Keep up the amazing work office staff and maintenance. Plus we're close to everything. If your looking for a place look no further this is home.

We have lived at gentry walk going on 7 years. We love the staff front office ladies to maintenance guys, they are on top of getting stuff fixed if we have a issue we don't have to wait no more than a day. They keep the community clean and our pets always feel safe walking around the community. Location is great everything is walking distance. Great place to live.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 years, and the management we have currently is absolutely amazing. They’ve done so much, like add a dog park and a free library. I live in a 2-bedroom and love the space it has- especially the walk in closets! If something goes wrong, the office or maintenance are super quick to respond. Not only that but you really can’t beat the location, being so near the 60. I highly recommend Gentry’s Walk to anyone looking for an apartment!

I have been Living Here for Five Months The Community Is Friendly and Safe, Was & Has been Easy for my Boys to Make Friends. Haven’t had any problems inside My Unit If I have any Questions Or Concerns Everyone Is Eager To Help. I have only been in AZ a Year now and the First Apartment/Community I moved too was Not Up to Par or Well Organized As This Community and I really Appreciate That For Once I feel Comfortable and At Home With This Community. I love the Events The Office Team and Appreciation They Give to Residents Rather if it’s A Birthday Card , Pizza Night , Pet Treats , Or Easter Events I really Appreciate the Effort they put To Make Everyone feel Safe at Home and Comfortable.

My experience living at Gentry’s walk has been pleasant. The upgrades are nice, the staff are friendly, rent is lower compared to other places, quiet and pet friendly. When they say they love pets they mean it! In the office, they have shelves of different dog toys to choose from for free!

I love the community at gentry’s walk! Whenever I email about an issue the office staff is always quick to get back to me with solutions! We also have 2 dogs who are loved by the office staff! It’s a very pet friendly and great community. We had to resign our lease for another year!

This place is great. Maintenance is always prompt when submitting a request. I love how the leasing office is always communicating updates. And how they always have an activity for the holidays. Quiet and close to a major highway. Easy access to grocery stores and other shopping centers.

I moved to gentry’s walk apartments Feb of 2023, my experience with the leasing team was amazing they were extremely helpful and made the moving process so easy. I like that the community is quiet and the leasing managers care about the residents.

I've had a great experience since living here at Gentry's Walk. Management is absolutely wonderful always going above and beyond and willing to help out. Maintenence is friendly and quick to respond to request. Grounds are always kept clean. I would definitely recommend Gentry's Walk. Quiet friendly community. Great place to live.

In the last two weeks a new neighbor had moved into my building. They are cooking something with a VERY STRONG SMELL late at night. It lingers for a few days and makes everything in my home and my clothing smell like that. It wakes me up at night. I’m writing this at 12:36 at night because of it. I understand I can’t tell people what to eat but I don’t think it’s fair I have to smell like their food. It’s unbearable! I wish I would have never renewed my lease! ?

Management is super professional and promotes a warm and welcoming environment. The complex is peaceful and grounds are kept very well. Maintenance is friendly and quick to remedy work orders. Would definitely recommend prospective residents to check out Gentrys Walk!

I’ve lived here for almost a year and I’m completely satisfied with my apartment and experience here. Maintenance responds to request fairly quickly & are super polite and friendly. The front office I haven’t had much contact with unless I have a question but the few times I have contacted the girls up front or stopped by they’ve been super helpful and polite. They are all about communication so they are always sending emails out to keep us residents in the loop. Management here is really friendly too. The complex is quiet and haven’t had any issues at all. I’ve loved my stay here, I recommend 100%. :)
