I had a little 'oops' with my new truck and wiped out the driver's side mirror. I tried to call the dealer, but they didn't call back. I went online and they were two weeks out JUST for an estimate. I called Gerber and they answered right away. YAY! A shop that answers their phone. Because it was a safety issue, they got me in right away. The part had to be ordered from out-of-state and they still got me back in the next day. The service was EXCELLENT!! The price was much less than expected and I am a happy happy camper. I already have an appointment scheduled for a client's car in April. Gerber will be at the top of my list for any issues going forward - for me and for my clients. THANK YOU!!!!

Terrible company. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with these clowns. Last time they put huge scratches all over my van hood by placing their tool bags on it. The door they “fixed” wouldn’t even open or unlock. It took them weeks to figure that out, and that’s after they had my van for over 2 months….and it never got fixed. I had to trade the van in.This time they have my 2006 scion Xb with over 240,000 miles on it. So far it’s taken them over 5 weeks to figure out if it should be totaled. Really? How hard is that to figure out? I’ve called down there several times and am told the manager is “working on it”. They always tell me they’ll call me back, but never do. So terrible communication needless to say. Very frustrating place to deal with and I would not recommend them to anyone.Note: these 2 experiences were at 2 different locations too. So it doesn’t seem to matter which one you go to. It’s a business ethics issue I guess.

I was recently hit and my insurance company selected Gerber Collision to fix my car. This is the worst car repair I've ever had. My headlights don't match, the front end of my car where I was hit vibrates, the engine vibrates at idle in "drive", & my steering wheel shakes at high speeds now. I've learned that the tire I had on that wheel was at less than half the tread of my other 3 tires. Uneven wear happens, but not like that. Even with the quarter panel dented in my car not only sounded better, it ran better when I dropped it off. 0 stars, do not recommend. Extremely unsatisfied customers.

Local detailer here.. If you have a dark colored car STAY FAR AWAY! Had my front end redone by them on my black challenger waited my 90 days to finally hand wash my car I was shocked by the body work they’ve done. You’ll leave with the car looking great due to the amount of silicones they put on the paint to hide the actual repair they’ve done on the machine but once you’ve waited the amount of time until you can wash the car you’re left with a “rainbow” effect on the paint and sticky residue. Who ever is working the body machine FYI you can’t just use a rotary machine because then you’re left with the “rainbow effect” if you spent the time on the DA machine after the rotary for another hour and half the car would look perfect. It’s either laziness or incompetence but this was the worst place I could have gone currently going to talk to insurance to have someone pay me back since I’ll have to repair it properly on my own time to think that my insurance even recommended them is disgusting in itself save your nice vehicles and go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Took my car in for an insurance repair. Before the repair my satellite navigation and USB charging ports in my center column worked perfectly fine. When they returned the car to me these items no longer work.Gerber tried to get my insurance to pay to fix, and claim that aftermarket parts and wires are why they can't fix something they broke. Aftermarket parts I did not know were in the vehicle. They have narrowed the issue down to wiring, but again, won't fix the car to the state it was in before they worked on it.Service: Auto windshield repair

They were a preferred mechanic with my insurance so I sent my car here after I was in an accident. Very little communication while my car was there. I received my car back after a few weeks and immediately knew it wasn’t right. The steering was completely off and the lane assistant would work. The car would immediately pull to one side and the steering wheel was put back on properly. So I called John came and test drove it and confirmed everything that I told him. So I drop it back off he claims I will get it back the next day as it is an easy fix. He claimed it was a bad tire, even though the dealership as well as discount tire had just inspected my tires and said they were fine as there is less than 20,000 miles on them. It took them 5 days to replace the tire. He was so condescending about the steering wheel as well. So I finally get my car back and they left my car with less than a gallon of gas, I dropped it off with under half a tank of gas. I had 2 miles left until I would be pushing my car out of their parking lot.The only decent person was the front desk women.

SHADY ESTABLISHMENT. Shame on you management!!! Leaving my feedback on yelp after having it deleted TWICE from google. As my original on GOOGLE stated;I'm very disappointed with the quality of work provided by your technicians. It took me a while to notice because the adhesive finally started to turn a ugly yellow on my vehicles front bumper emblem, and I had also put trust in your team BUT IF YOU GET WORK DONE HERE GO BACK AND CHECK IT TWICE.

First time with Gerber. Last time with Gerber. Should have stayed away when they took days to get back with the Insurance. I called for a follow up and John is just down right rude. 4 weeks later, still not a peep from them. Guess I’m not worth their time.
