accussing me of cutting your ground wire REALLY? YOU STOOD THERE BY THE CAR WHILE WE INSTALLED THEM
also you bought a HID KIT to put on your car you installed them, when you had problems i worked on your car for FREE and upgraded not once but twice u bought a $65 kit and when it didnt work on your car i upgraded your car to a canbus hid kit and installed it. later when you were having difficulties with thos i swapped them out to LED HEADLIGHT KIT INSTALLED AGAIN NO CHARGE!!
AND then you accuse me cutting a ground wire on your car. WHAT PURPOSE WOULD I HAVE TO CUT YOUR WIRES? also the wire you are describing is a wire thats about 1" in diameter with thousand of strands of wires in it and like only 5 strands were freyed so again after working on your car for free 3 times trying to make your lights work correctly which we did with the LEDs
here we work on cars all day everyday to make customers happy what purpose would i have in cutting your ground wire?
when the lights didnt work i couldve said sorry heres a refund or sorry not helping you

This place is great. I made an appointment about a week out and showed up and they were very friendly and started right away. My CyberTruck looks awesome. Prices are great. Normal dudes and they do great work. 5 stars!

The 1st 2 pics are what my new headlights on my 20 yr old truck looked like in June '22 after being replaced by Get HID Lights.
The next 2 pics are what they looked like just after 2 yrs of being replaced by Get HID Lights. They looked much worse than the original 20 yr old OEM headlights Get HID Lights replaced 2 yrs prior.
If I knew what the lights from Get HID Lights were going to look like 2 yrs later, I would have kept my money & kept the OEM original lights. I thought they were kind of cheap looking, but didn't think they would take advantage of me that badly.
The last 2 pics are my new headlights, replaced today.
Why am I including pics of the new ones?
Not only because they look 1000% better, but also because including parts, labor & tax, the lights Get HID Lights installed were over $450.!!
My new lights, including labor and tax, were $280.!!
I know Tony will call me out, that's what they seem to do with most 1 star reviews.
So that's why I'm posting before, after & 2nd replacement pics for proof.

They tacked on a bunch of warranties without telling me they were optional, and tore off a piece of plastic from the front view mirror without putting it back on. Charged $50 for installation. Save yourself the money and embarrassment and just get some LEDs from autozone or something and install them yourself.

They do not stand behind their work. Gave them an opportunity to fix an error that they made, and they chose not to fix it. Kind of shady. edited after owner response. Is true, I was traveling. When I asked what it was that you guys were supposed to be doing during that appt, you said you didn't know. After I explained again what you guys did, you still were confused. The fact you didn't know what it was that I had an appointment for, is amazing Tony...since you were the one I spoke to in the parking lot about how to make it right. The glove box? Never once spoke about a glove box. I did however educate you on how to use the factory installed upfitter/auxiliary plugs, that are located under the hood that you guys drilled through on one port and completed bypassed on port two, leaving it just hanging there exposed to the elements. All RAM trucks that come with factory installed aux switches have a factory supplied wiring harness. (It's actually quite easy to make the wires in the shop. I was able to fix myself what you guys couldn't figure out how to do) In regards to the OEM plugs under the hood, do you how difficult it is to find these? RAM doesn't sell them, they say they come with the truck and do not have a replacement part number. After many hours of research, I found the manufacturer of the plug in Asia. Again one more time so it's clear, If you didn't have a new plug to replace the one you drilled a hole through, exactly what was it that I had an appointment for? You ruined my OEM equipment and then played stupid about it.

Amazing service and decent prices. The car wash quoted me $200 just to clean my headlights! I was able to buy whole new set online and they were able to install it for me. I texted them and they fit me in next day! All of that for the same amount that the car wash quoted me! Definitely reasonable and quick! Will definitely recommend to all friends and family!

I was in need of new led bulbs, both driver side headlight and driving light were out and needed replacement.
After reading reviews, I decided to go with these guys.

Recommend them 100% don't go down the road lol go to them... they got me lit..lol highs lows and fogs on my 2014 jeep grand cherokee
